I was suppossed to receive flowers on Valentines Day and they were delivered a tiny late, which is understandable on such a busy day. And the arrangement was amazing. However, the next day another bouquet was delivered of the most beautiful long red stem roses from Finishing Touch apologizing for the barely late delivery. This is customer care and service tenfold. I have used Finishing touch florist of Bellevue on multiple occasions. First time they created beautiful arrangement for my mother's birthday and delivered it same day. She called to tell me how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. She loved them!Another time I used them last week for event we had at my work. They created twelve centerpieces for us and i received multiple compliment on the quality of flowers and design.
