The team was really professional and friendly. We booked the sweet and savory crepe station and everyone loved it! Chefs arrived 1 hour before our little party to set up. Everything went smoothly, they served food for about 2 hours and even a little longer because we had some late arrivals, which was nice of them. These guys had a great attitude and great customer service. Kimberly answered all of my questions and concerns. They informed me they also have a party designer on staff and I'll definitely book them again next time. Sidenote: the chefs were actually French, making the experience feel very authentic. What can we say. fine equipe LA are a joy to work with, a joy to meet in person and a joy to watch 'in action'. The food is cooked 'on the spot' and we enjoyed the pasta station (added byfine equipe as a bonus without being asked), the sauteed station and the crepe station. The THREE chefs were kept very busy by our hungry crowd and they still found time to interact with each and every diner whilst providing food that was honestly second to none. Truly flavorfull, truly healthy and truly delicious. We were awed by their presentation as well as the food itself. When it seemed that most of the guests had eaten (the queue died down) they took the time to go to each table to not only ask if the guests had enjoyed their meal, but to remind them to come back for 'seconds'. Totally professional and impressive!! They arrived exactly when they said they would, and stayed longer than they needed to.
