For the past 20 years I have worked in the restaurant industry, mainly in Michelin starred restaurants. I was awarded a Michelin star in 2017 and held it for two years before branching out to start my own business.

I provide both private chef services and cookery lessons.

For private chef services I can cater for dinner parties and small events. The style of cuisine that I provide is refined yet relaxed.

For cookery lessons I can run these for groups or individuals. My teaching style aims to instil confidence and a sense of intuition to your approach in the kitchen. I will share restaurant techniques with you, so that you can achieve a professional finish at home.
