Hi,

My name is Aren Deu and I am a fulltime property investor, podcaster, health and wellness coach. I am also working on a social enterprise to help with mental health support and awareness and have a great interest in seeing people find their voice and reach their full potential.

I have previously worked in corporate jobs and have degrees / masters in Construction Project management and Social work respectively.

I am proud to be part of a family who foster children, who were underprivelaged which is a core reason for me advocating on behalf of those who may not necessarily be able too.

I am now keen on supporting others in their journies and freeing them from their limiting beliefs and realising their true potential.

I coach not only personal training clients (1200+ hours) but I now also work with clients looking to get involved into property or just other online type businesses, in accountability, guidance, good habits, productivity hacks and improving their self worth/love.

I am a normal go to guy who has been through a fair bit. I have battled with being overweight, I have strugged with crippling anxiety, confidence, self esteam issues but I am now in a much better and stronger place. I have seen myself grow so much I feel it is now my duty to help others.

I have studied courses on human behaviour both in my masters and also in my private and personal life. I self develop daily and work with clients in transforming their lives.
