Very good gym for young and older adults. Nice assortment of machines and weights. Wide variety of classes taught by very good instructors. Very friendly staff and patrons. Locker rooms are not the best, but adequate. Sauna has not been working for the last couple of weeks but hopefully will be soon. More...
