We used Finch and Helen from Finch London to design and install our new kitchen. Helen was great on the design front - she had lots of ideas which were both practical and looked good, she was easy to communicate with and very responsive re all our comments and questions (which were numerous! ). We were working to a very tight timescale from the beginning given the impending arrival of child number two and Helen world hard to ensure we could sign off on the design in time. When it came to installation Finch and his team worked hard to get things done as quickly as possible and had great attention to detail. I did a complete kitchen renovation recently involving well-known companies. Looking back, even using big, excellent brand names, Finch London was the only company I didn`t had the slightest problem with and I couldn`t be happier that I choose them. Especially for kitchen projects I would highly recommend to choose an experts as there are so many details you wouldn`t think of. From the start my experience was excellent. Helen is a star. There is not one thing she could have done better. She found the perfect layout for my kitchen straight away. She is absolutely thorough in everything she touches and won`t give up until we found the perfect solution in any detail and I would say I am quite picky. She has a broad expertise in the business and you can feel she really likes her job. Also as I am not a native English speaker, Helen never got tired explaining me things or made sure I understand everything correctly. She always responded quickly and understood my design ideas instantly. It is such a pleasure working with her. For the installation and technical side Finch takes over and he deals with everything onsite. Again, Finch is excellent too. He and his team takes care of things and won`t leave until everything is absolutely perfect. They also make sure they treat your belongings and property with care, which unfortunately is not the case for many companies as I had to learn. Everything went well from the initial conversations about the style of the kitchen to the final installation finished in time and within budget.
The quality of the work is very high, including for small details non visible when all doors are shut and after now four years, nothing has moved or deteriorated. The whole structure ages very well.
Furthermore, the interaction between Finch and our builder was very good which ensured a smooth cooperation during the various phases of work in the kitchen.

Finch managed to get us a new kitchen designed and installed within our fairly tight schedule which was excellent.

The design they came up with was beautiful and unique. It is a real pleasure to use. We chose Finch because we felt a lot of high end kitchen designers make very polished but quite bland or excessively slick kitchens; Finch seemed to have a bit more character. They came up with a design very much along the lines that we wanted.

Also the builder they recommended was very professional and did everything to an extremely high standard.

Finch London have done a fantastic job for our kitchen - from concept and design right through to installation and completion. They are really professional and really cared that we got what we wanted - no mean feat working for an architect and interior designer!

Finch and the team have been a dream to work with. I had a creative vision of what I wanted, which they were able to deliver and exceed. We had our kitchen installed a year ago now and I couldn't be happier. It looks amazing and is a dream to cook in. Life is so much easier with everything in its proper place and storage has been maximized thanks to a great design by Helen who really knows her stuff. In comparison to other kitchens I have seen for a similar price, their product is far superior, with great attention to detail and overall finish. Finch and his team have completed two projects for us (a new kitchen and a bespoke bar) and we've been thoroughly delighted with both. There were some tricky features/spaces to fit around, and we made some perhaps slightly unusual design requests, but Finch listened to these, embraced the challenges and came up with innovative solutions to deliver exactly what we were after.
I couldn't fault any aspect of the service we received. Project management, design input and installation were all excellent and they worked seamlessly with the other professionals we had involved on different aspects of our project.

Really can't rate Finch London highly enough. The quality of craftmanship was excellent and still looking great after 5 years. They were also a real pleasure to work with and very professional and timely. The work included a kitchen, three large built in living room cupboards and numerous smaller cabinetry. Finch and Helen designed, planned and installed my kitchen during our home renovation project. Helen took a lot of time to get to know me, asking how I wanted to use the space and what I wanted out of my kitchen, and planned the perfect layout. She was great at showing me all the options we had in terms of materials and equipment and took all my comments on board. Finch oversaw the installation. He is a real perfectionist and took his time to correct things he wasn't happy with, making several visits to ensure the end product was finished to the highest standard. I found them both to be extremely professional, approachable and helpful. Our kitchen is beautiful and looks like a high-end, designer kitchen. Our friends can't believe we got a bespoke kitchen for the same price as any high street alternative. We are especially happy with the bespoke kitchen table that Finch designed for us, which has pride of place in our kitchen and always gets positive comments from visitors!
