I cannot believe we actually have a house that is ours! Jason was our broker. Very good, responsive and helpful. 100% recommend this company, and him. My husband has really bad credit, 3 CCJ’s. It was just on a whim that I thought I would make an enquiry. Literally though there was no hope. Took 10-11 weeks start to finish. Be prepared to give a lot of info if you have your own businesses etc, paperwork and accountants letters were the main delay. An extremely stressful time up until receiving the keys. Have used the finance advice centre twice now.First time. We had been turner down by several mortgage adviser that they wouldn’t be able to help & we wouldn’t be able to get a mortgage. We used Patrick Ryan who was amazing & had a mortgage In Principal within 2 days! Everything went smoothly & we brought our first home. Second fine. We were remortgaging & this time able to use a high street bank. However I was on maternity so affordability was a push yet Patrick got it through & brought our monthly payments down massively. Absolutely amazing service off Rob Hannis and Callum Doherty. Nothing was to much trouble for these guys. Response is fantastic and they was with us from the beginning right through till the end. We received fantastic service from Tarek Webster and Callum Doherty. They were very friendly and helpful and always at the end of the phone trying to help and progress our mortgage. Tarek is fantastic at his job, neither myself or my partner new anything about buying a house or mortgages, but with his endless help, we managed to purchase our first home with the most suitable mortgage for us. Both myself and my partner are newly qualified teachers, which makes it very difficult to get a mortgage in our first year of teaching as we are on temporary contracts.
