Shane was very nice and helpful. But the services and outcome was not worth the price. He was only out at my house for about 40 mins (including us talking, him writing a quote for a possible toilet replacement and me paying) and replaced no parts just cleaned my toilet out, and it cost $110. I wasn’t told this price upfront like they stated. I was told after words. My problem is still not 100% fixed and I was told I should just get a new toilet. I’m not impressed with the pricing compared to the service. But again Shane himself was very good. Also I was told by the lady on Thursday that she will call me Friday around 10 to give me a better ETA because there was a big appointment before mine so she couldn’t give an exact time. So I waited for a call and never got one, but got a text saying Shane was on the way and was at my house within five mins. I’m glad I decided to stay home because I would’ve been screwed if I left just waiting for the call that never happened.EDIT: that following Monday August 26, John reached out to me and spoke about the plumbing call. He handled the situation very well and was sincerely apologetic. Therefore, I changed the review stars. Again it was never because of the company themselves but more of the call out worker not following the company’s expectations and promises.
