This is one of the greatest lady's I ever met she is sweet, caring and understanding. I walk into her office worrying about how the IRS trying to charge me with a huge amount I needed help and she was the one for it. Never met her and as of today I will for ever come back to her great service. I am not going to anyone's else anymore her place is clean and she shows you a lot of love and i also gain a lot of knowledge from her just off a hour or two I will recommend anyone who have trouble with their taxes or looking for a tax person I will say she is the best and I promise you. Upon briefing Kim, she took swift action and helped me file an amendment and made sure I get the accurate refund. Highly recommended! For 15 years I was an avid Turbo Tax user. I'm your typical DIY'er... I know how to follow instructions and check the boxes. I trusted Turbo Tax and figured no one could find more deductions than them. Then I decided to use File 4 Me after hearing a great referral from a friend. That first year was amazing! Boy, I had no idea I was I missing out on key deductions that were unique to my situation. Kimberly, my tax accountant, took time to explain items I needed to track during the year to help mitigate tax liability at the end of the year.
