What do you love most about your job?
Problem solving in the most effective and efficient way possible. We love innovating, improving efficiency all the time. You can see this in our company at every turn with our use of technology within the company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We was actually inspired, maybe rather oddly, by the hotel industry, particularly 5 star hotels. We wondered how they were able to make their customer services and customer experience so exceptional and why this customer service based approach wasn't applied in the maintenance services sector at all. We felt that there was a great need for a maintenance provider that was highly focused on the customer experience. Our aim is the change the way people see the maintenance sector, we aim to have it as professional as it gets.
