I am a level 2 fitness instructor, level 3 personal trainer, level 1 England boxing coach with a qualification in emergency first aid and safeguarding. I offer 1-1, coupls or group training sessions in house (in my home gym) or at your convenience (at your house,gym or local facilities) I also run the fighting fit bootcamp during the summer months.

I try to keep my training sessions similar whilst gradually introducing new training methods and equipment. I’ll give you ideas on training that you can do at home or in your own gym and also offer nutritional advice.

Yes I also offer online/remote training plans that are specifically designed towards your goals and can incorporate any fitness equipment you may have access to. Training from home or in the gym my training plans can help you achieve your goals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During covid I have given all my clients the option to undertake training sessions remotely. We’ve used a number of different methods from FaceTime, video call for 1-1 sessions to zoom call for group training.

Remote/online training plans
Due to unprecedented interest in 1-1 training at FIGHTING FIT PT. I’m delighted to announce I am now offering remote/online training plans. All of my training plans come with a full progressive TRAINING PLAN tailored to your specific goals, a DIET PLAN to compliment your plan and specific goals, kcal and weight log sheets to easily track your daily intake and expenditure, my tried and tested HIIT and BOXING BASED WORKOUTS along with some demonstration VIDEOS for you to use as part of your training. Whether you are looking to drop body fat and lose weight, increase muscle mass and bulk up, get fit for a specific event or even just to make you feel better this could be for you. The remote/online plans can be completed in your own time and can include any gym or fitness equipment you have at home or have access to at your local gym. If not no problem I have a comprehensive list of Bodyweight exercises that I can include in your training plan. The remote/online plan is also a great way to keep the cost of your training down even if you don’t have a gym membership. Bootcamp/Group traing sessions
I run a Bootcamp/ Group training session on a Saturday morning with the next on starting up in March this year. The cost is £5 per person and will give you a full body workout in ond hour sessions.
