First time coming here, was a bit hesitant because there was absolutley no one in the restaurant. But glad we decided to stay! Hubby ordered 4 street tacos, 2 steak, 1 pork, 1 chicken and he loved it! I had red sauce enchiladas, Mexican rice, and beans. It was also delicious! Cant forget the sweet Horchata with a free refill. Very satisfied with the service also. We will be back again soon! By the time we left, the entire resturant was packed! More...

Coming from La I know my Mexican food. The rice is authentic Mexican red rice just like my grandma's! Had to bring my fiancé here and my co workers because it was so good. Every time I miss Mexican food I come here and it hits the spot. I usually get the street tacos carne asada and side of rice and it is a perfect combination. Hands down best Mexican restaurant on island! Taste just like home! More...

Great place! Real Spanish food! not white washed like killer tacos. The staff is extremely nice and  hospitable. They played genuine Mexican music and this is the closest thing as home-cooked Mexican food as you will get in EWA.

After running errands and the west side, my husband and I decided to grab a late lunch here at Fiesta's.We got seated right away and were immediately served some complimentary chips and salsa as we put in our order for beverages. They had the typical selection of Mexican beers as well as Jarritos. My husband ordered their El California burrito and I ordered the vegetarian burrito. He loved his. Mine was a little underwhelming. The veggie burrito lacked flavor, which I attempted to remediate with their salsa. Unfortunately I am weaksauce when it comes to spice and it was just too hot for me. My husband used it on his. I gave this place four stars because I have a feeling their meat entrees and dishes are probably more outstanding than their veggie ones. My husband preferred Fiesta's carne asada over some other places. Plus, service was excellent and they offer military discounts! More...

This food was very bland and had no flavor. Mexican food is all about the flavor so I don't know what this was. I would not consider this Mexican food or even Tex Mex. I ordered multiple dishes so it wasn't just the one dish that was bad. I read a few reviews before going and I'm not sure where other people have been eating to think this food is any good. Their cheese dip is literally melted mozzarella...that is not dip, that is cheese. No dip about it. Cashier seemed nice I will give them that but food wasn't worth the price. Not even close. More...

This place has had its ups n downs over the last few years. From amazing when the cute old couple ran it, to overly salty and undercooked food when new management stepped in, to back to being pretty darn good Mexican food. The downside is the prices, Mexican food isn't overly expensive. This keeps it from five stars....good food, not great prices. More...

I really like this place. I am a creature of habit so I always get the same thing when I go. I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't tried to many different dishes so I can't speak on other ones but my dish that I order is really good!!

This is the only place in Ewa Beach. I ordered the Carne Asada plate to go. I waited nearly an hour for my food, while watching 4 other couples come in sit down order eat and leave. When I went to check they said they had ran out of rice. I complained that it was because I had been waiting near an hour, and asked for a refund. She told me to wait a second. she returned and told me she had rice enough for one of my plates. I told her I only ordered one plate. She went back and finally returned with my order. The meal was alright. Only oddity was the meat came in round chunks very difficult to maneuver into the tortilla and the beans were actual beans, not the traditional refried beans which I did not like as much. The atmosphere was like a deli inside the place. Standard table and chairs, nothing of note. I will go there for take out one more time because I love Mexican food and hope this all was an anomaly, ask for refried beans and make it an order for pickup. If u go, just go with these things in mind. Ciao More...

Ok for a Tex-mex place. Apparently the owner responding to my review doesn’t fully understand what the general term means ‍♂️ California raised and from the east side of San Jose. Salsa could better, a little bland. A lot of stuff on the menu was overpriced. Burrito was Advertised as a 12 inch burrito but was more like 6 or 7 don’t care if you really are using a 12in tortilla like you claim. Seems misleading when you get a 14$ 6 in burrito on your plate. Our first experience wasn't all that great but decided to give it another try. Wrong move. It was even worse. We ordered take out through Grub Hub and that was the best part. Delivery person was on it and food came fairly quickly. My wife ordered the tamale plate and said it was very dry and only ate one. I ate the other tamale and it was THE worst tamale I've ever had. I'm a local boy and pretty much eat anything. This tamale was beyond edible. It's like they gave us a week old tamale from the fridge they reheated. It was so dry and hard. Words can't even do justice to how bad it was.Never eating here again and it's hard to believe anybody actually likes this food. More...

My friend and I went here for dinner. Good location with ample parking at Ewa Pointe shopping center. It was a little busy when we walk-in but staff was very friendly. They gave us a warm greeting and said we will be seated in a few minutes after they clear the table. As soon as we sat down, we were given warm tortilla chips and homemade salsa. It was hard to decide on what to get, so many choices. I got the soft tacos (your choose of meat) which comes in 3 served with rice and beans. I chose the carnitas (pork) with was flavorful and tender. My friend got the Fiesta Trio that had an enchilada, a tamale and a chile relleno. My food was delicious. I think next time I'll try the trio. Great service and yummy food, definitely coming back. More...

Always loved their food. Ordered the Pozole, Tamale plate, & Taco salad. Pozole was delicious, I'm glad they added the spicy sauce on the side so you could adjust the spice level yourself. Tamales were okay, kinda dry. But most tamales are usually somewhat dry anyway, but flavor was still good. Taco salad is definitely my favorite! I ordered it with ground beef and potato since it was a first time, and it was really delicious. The salsa mixture they add to the side is very spicy though so if you're like me and don't like too much spice add and taste as you go or add your own salad dressing, which I'll do next time. Plus the outside shell is scrumptious to break apart and eat with the inside mix. Overall, I will always return and food is always fresh. More...

Second time we've been there and will not be going back. Poor service- there were two employees and it seemed like it was one of the employee's first day. She did not understand what we ordered or needed so needless to say our drink and food order was not exactly what we ordered. The wait time was ridiculous and during this time we did not receive any refills on drinks or chips. My husband and I both ordered meals with steak and the meat tasted disgusting. The meat was definitely reheated and had a day old taste. My husband took one bite and asked her to take it back as he gets very sick off of reheated meat. The owner (I believe) brought us our check and was very rude and refused to take off the charge for the burrito my husband gave back. She made a huge scene in the restaurant stating how packed it was and how everyone else was fine. Told us she was taking off the charge and to never come back. I am definitely taken back on how poorly we were treated off of something that could have been resolved so easily. For $12, to me, it wouldn't be worth it to loose a customer. After mentioning this to our friends in the community, we found out most people visit this restaurant once and do not return. We haven't came across anyone that actually enjoys the food. Definitely better Mexican food on the island. More...

Hours are very unpredictable. A few times I've driven by in the shopping center and thought the restaurant finally closed for good, because several times it was closed during hours when it states it should be open. Very inconsistent. Also, their phone line doesn't even work!I made a Grub Hub order tonight as I was lazy and had a craving for Mexican food. 45 minutes after ordering I get a call that they're out of guacamole. A Mexican restaurant out of guacamole?  That reminds me of when I went to a chain Italian restaurant and they ran out of cheese. How does that even happen? The carne asada was inedible. Dry, tough, and over cooked. I wouldn't have eaten that if it was free. Can't believe I spent $15 on that dish. Really bad.  Kitchen sink burrito with grilled steak was extremely bland.  Doesn't come with sides of rice or beans. Steak fajitas and carne asada fries were the only saving graces of this place unfortunately.Worth the extra drive to go to El Mariachi in Kapolei instead. More...

We knew the original owners of Fiesta's. They were a Mexican family who started the place and made exactly what you expected for Mexican food. The former owner's parents did the cooking and it was delicious. The rice and beans were the best of all the dishes. I usually got the Green Enchiladas with rice and beans. I left Hawaii for a few years and when I returned it was to find the family had sold the restaurant to some locals and moved back to Mexico. The food is now more of a mixed local style with Mexican dishes in as well. Nothing wrong with that, every place here has what seems to be known as Hawaiian Fusion. But when you want true Mexican, it's becoming incredibly difficult to find it. The new place is good, but not enough classic Mexican for me. More...

This place has really mixed reviews. We ate here for dinner on a Monday night around 7 and it was good! There was one guy manning the floor and register (the owner?) and he was super nice and always checked on us. The place is pretty small but decorated nicely with vibrant colors and Mexican music playing. All of our food came out at the same time and it was steaming hot and fresh! It comes with rice and beans which were delicious. I liked the rice the most, it was full of flavor. The servings are pretty generous too as well.Red enchilada plate: 3 shredded chicken enchiladas smothered in sauce and cheese. This was good, it would be perfect if the chicken had some kind of sauce/more moist as it was kind of dry inside.3 crispy tacos: you can choose the meat and we got ground beef. They forgot the sour cream but it was good. The shells were nice and crispy.Fiestas trio: I recommend ordering this. It comes with one Chile rellenos, one red enchilada, and one tamale. The tamale was DELICIOUS! It was spicy and stuffed with shredded pork goodness. Next time I'll just order a tamale plate. The Chile rellenos was super cheesy and full of flavor as well. The enchilada was the same, I wish the inside was more moist or had some kind of sauce.I would definitely come back here and I recommend trying this spot if you're in the area.

When this restaurant first opened, I came here a lot--the food and service was ALWAYS GREAT! Once they switched owners, it's a hit or miss... Sometimes it's really good and other times (like tonight), the food is horrible! The price is ridiculous for the food that I got... My daughter ordered a crunchy grilled chicken tacos plate and i had a chicken enchiladas with green sauce... we paid over $30... only to throw the food out because it was so disgusting! The rice (which we asked for extra and no beans but there was barely anything) was hard and the chicken was dry in both our plates... The service was ok, but combined with the food quality and amount for their prices... definitely not a place that i would go back to! More...

HORRIBLE SERVICE with racist staff!! I went there for mother's day as someone told me the food was one of the best in the area but have never been treated with such poor service! Menus were dirty with salsa stains all over and although the female waitress apologized for the stains, The male staff was rude and very unwelcoming. He served several tables that came in AFTER we sat down for 10 minutes deciding on menu. and after another 15 mins of waiting we were finally asked to order. Only after 5 minutes of bringing out our food did he quickly rush to give us our check without even allowing us to eat our food; asking if we planned to pay on one or two bills. We did not see that occur at any of the other tables. Food was sloppy anyhow and I would not recommend this place to any person of color!!! More...

To be honest, it takes a lot for me to give a bad review. So here it goes...I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. Well up until a couple days ago. I've always liked the authenticity of their food and good customer service. I guess a lot has changed over the years. The first issue I had a while ago was a sharp piece of plastic that I found in my Kitchen Sink burrito. I called the restaurant, and they were quick to apologize, and let me know that my next meal would be free. The second, while almost half way through my burrito, I noticed a long piece of hair was sticking out! I was so tired after work that I didn't have the energy to contact the restaurant. So I immediately threw it away. What was the last straw? The lack of empathy and customer service. I ordered my meal and paid $35 through GrubHub and was able to pick up my order after 30 minutes. After I got home I noticed my order was wrong. The problem? The item that I purchased on Grubhub had the wrong image. The picture that I saw had the carne asada tacos,  not the uncut piece of steak and bell peppers that I received. Which resulted in submitting a wrong order. And the owner/manager made that VERY clear. Especially to other customers dining in.When I returned to the restaurant, I let him know that my order was wrong. I showed him the picture that I saw under "carne asada plate". He shrugged and was quick to tell me, "Well that's what you ordered...And I can't give you a refund since you ordered through GrubHub so...". I saw that he had another customer waiting so I moved to the side. While processing the other customer's take out order he said, "See, at least you ordered correctly." I couldn't believe how embarassed he made me feel. At that point I knew he had no intention of helping me. I had to pay an extra $10, for super small "street tacos" and went home.According to other recent reviews, I'm not the only one who had a bad experience. I wouldn't be surprised if this place goes out of business. More...

Piss poor customer service from the manager. Ordered online through Bite Squad, Bite Squad contacted me to tell me that the manager (Ray) refused to add shrimp to an order for $1.00. Bite Squad dispatch assured me that Ray refused to add the shrimp order, even after they offered to pay for it. This dispute was over a $1.00 charge. Bite Squad was nice enough to call me twice to apologize on behalf of the restaurant. After contacting the restaurant and speaking with Ray, he denied that Bite Squad offered to pay the $1.00 charge, and said "nothing is free" as well as "I look forward to reading your review." Save yourself the headache and eat or order somewhere else. I would love to see this place ran with good management, and if I were the owner, Ray would be looking for a new job. More...

We like coming here for their chimichangas.  They are huge and so filling.  We would dine every so often, but mostly take out.  We loved it when it was the older man running the restaurant.  Now, I believe his sons are?We came here on cinco de mayo.  Yes, as you would have guessed, was a packed house.  The way the tables are set up, it is pretty cramped so if you are standing in line to pay your bill or order take out, chances are likely your butt will be in a diners face.  There were 3 gentleman working that day and we decided to dine in.  BIG MISTAKE.  I believe the manager/owner doesn't know anything about running a restaurant smoothly. He was a total micromanager.  They had no set "sections", so one would come to take our drink order, and would forget, but come back to take our food order.  Someone else would come by to drop off our drinks....it was a total mess and you would be blind not to see it.  I didnt notice at the time, but the couple that sat way before us, didnt even order yet by the time we got our food.  (We are a family of 5)Another thing that bothered me was the drinks.  They serve wine. Ok.  From working at a restaurant I know that red wine is served at room temp and white is served chilled.  Whatever alcohol they do carry, you see it right in front of the register.  But wait, this gets better.  Someone on another table ordered red wine.  They gave it to them ON ICE.   I am not to sure if they asked for it that way, but I have never been served wine on ice.  But that's just me.Although food is always good.  The service that is provided to get to that food is totally lacking.  Maybe they need to train themselves to have a set section or something.  They were confusing each other of who gets what table and everything in between.  It was better when the other owner was there.  It didnt feel as welcoming as it did before.I think we would just do take out from now on...maybe on a not so busy time of day.  After all, while we were there, they did mess up on a few take out orders and bite squad employees did wait for a long time... It's been about 2+ years since I've last been here, and we finally had the opportunity to come here more often. With that said, I decided to update my review. This restaurant has been here since the Ewa Pointe Marketplace (Ocean Pointe) first opened. There has been some turnover of businesses and also restaurants names and ownership being changed, but Fiesta's has been here awhile. When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Ray. Ray is the brother of Freddy (who originally worked here at Fiesta's). The restaurant is still in the family which is great and even better that they try their best to keep the consistency and flavor of the original foods. Ray is super awesome. Ray and his wife were both working when my family and I came in. There has been some changes in the restaurant, but this is still a great place. It is great to have a Mexican restaurant in Ewa Beach and not a generic taco shop. First chips and salsa are complimentary of course! There were 2 other families in the restaurant but Ray and his staff got our food and drinks out quickly and efficently. PROS-Revamped menuHappy Hour EVERY DAY from 3PM-6PM(Half price on all drinks)Array of beer choices: Corona Extra, Corona Lite, Modelo Especial, Pacifico, Dos Equis, and Heineken Margaritas also availableAble to order through BiteSquad and GrubhubCONS-NoneI'm so glad to see that this restaurant is still owned by the family and to see great improvements since I've last stopped by which was a few years ago. It seems that Fiesta's is doing well and it is good to see a Mexican restaurant in the area. Ewa Beach doesn't have much in terms of food choices. Fiesta's strives to keep its consistency and flavors of its first beginnings. It is also great to see Ray address people by name. Ray remembered our names right away which made us feel welcome and happy that we are not simply just "customers". Ray and his staff are very friendly and personable. We will definitely be returning here. More...

5/10/2018 830pm  my gf wanted to take me to dinner for an  "Mothers Day Dinner "  because she works the day of .  We were greeted told to sit anywhere shortly after we recvd menus and chips and salsa.  First things wrong was the tortilla chips, they were stale and soft and salsa was watered down but we were hungry so we wiped it out and waited for our orders my gf got street tacos they were full of meet and no condiments and dry and tasted old ,my son got a cheese quesadilla so he was happy I got the fajitas and honestly they were pretty tasty but I was disappointed when the menu said it came with 4 tortillas but the guy gave me 3 (the small ones) so no I wasn't being a pig lol and they gave me so little condiments I couldn't even share with my gf because there was barely enough for me to to dress my fajitas ... so after we recvd our food I asked for more tortillas being that my gf wanted and liked my food more then hers mind you this was only about 5-10 minutes into eating and the guy comes back and few minutes later hands me the tortillas and has a check in his hands and says "one check or two?" I replied one thinking the check in his hand was for the other table who was there before us and he says oh okay and hands us the damn check in his hands I was so disappointed this was my Mother's Day dinner and I wasn't offered nor given enough time to request any desert and the guy didn't even say thanks or bye oak if it was because we're a same sex couple or what but he was rude and we'll never return there again I hope he guy who was working reads this , you're hella rude and you lost good business the only tip you deserve is a note on the receipt "better service and food next time" only there won't be a next time I felt so discriminated against and so rushed never again this place is lucky I couldn't give a negative amount of stars I gave the 2 for the atmosphere and my fajitas but even that is reaching More...

Under new management and that's for the good. Fiestas has made a comeback. Every thing we ordered today was awesome. Trio with chili's releno, enchilada, tamale was perfect. Pazole rojo Soup was full of flavor.  Nice generous servings. We were full with our dinner plates.  My favorite place to have rice and fried whole beans.  Every thing tasted  just like the way the owner Maria made them when they first opened up till both Alfredo and Maria retired three years ago. A slight change in management brought on a change in the flavor  but recently have Maria's daughter Inlaw as the cook she has brought back the authentic taste of Maria's recipes. I'm beginning to love Fiesta's again. After a long hiatus and desperate need for Mexican food, I decided to try Fiesta's again. I stopped coming because of the changed recipes, inconsistent service, etc. I have never dined in, only had take-out. The great thing about take-out is you can place your order online! Hear that, Millennials? You can also order from Bite Squad (if you're in the Ewa area), and Quick Cuisine (which isn't that quick because the estimated delivery time was 1 hour to a 1 hour and 30 minutes). I've ordered online two times, and it is pretty damn convenient. Sometimes they're too busy to answer the phone, so I'm happy for this online ordering option. The only inconsistency I've had was with the chips and salsa. The first time it was thin chips with a small cup of salsa, the second time it was thicker chips and a bigger cup for salsa. Obviously I was excited about the bigger cup of salsa. Love that stuff. Overall, the Kitchen Sink Burrito with grilled steak is my go-to order. Give them another try. More...

I had a cheese quesadilla and thought it was fine I mean you can't really mess that up. My husband and I decided to have lunch there as it's close to our home and being from southern CA we have missed our Mexican food. The young man who was our server was very sweet a little slow but we were in no rush. We received the chips and they had a funny taste then received the carne asada fries and they had a similar taste also the carne is very dry. Then ordered fish tacos again same weird taste so I asked if the grease was fresh and the young man hesitated and said no and that normally they have fresh grease but it's been a while. Lunch for 2 with appetizer no drinks was $50 and I couldn't even eat mine and my husband didn't finish his either. We planned to bring home lunch for our kiddos but decided to do take out elsewhere. 2nd time coming here. Was disappointed at the sauce that was served with the chips. It was watered down and really had no taste other than black pepper. We asked the waiter to bring some hot sauce, he brought a habanero sauce that we added to the original sauce. It gave it more flavor but watered it down even more. My wife had the Pasole and was satisfied with her choice, would have liked more meat in it and less fat. I ordered the tamale pie. The beans and rice were perfect. Good flavor in both; not over or under cooked. The tamale was very good and the spicy ground beef on it had a really good flavor. Too much cheese and sour cream on top took away from the the flavors of the tamale and ground beef. Maybe just a sprinkle of cheese and a small dab of sour cream with a sprinkle of cilantro would have been better to not take away from the flavor of the tamale and ground beef. Overall this restaurant is two for two. We will continue to eat here. Maybe I spoke too soon about continuing to eat here. Came back on a Monday evening with friends and realized they were closed on Mondays (everybody gotta have a day off) Oh well then comes Tuesday. Got here and the first thing we were told by the waitress is they are out of chips and Salsa.......all four of us just stared in disbelief. How do you not start a Mexican meal with out chips and Salsa !! Being from Texas that is sac religious. Trying the crispy tacos this time with ground beef. Food was at the table in a matter of minutes. Waitress not very talkative but that is usually lagniappe ("a small gift given a customer by a merchant at the time of a purchase") My daughter ordered a Horchata and it was so watered down it had no taste. Sent it back. The food does have good flavor just always seems like there is always something wrong when we come here. Oh well, maybe next time if there is one. Took a star away sorry guys. Oh yea the price is median for the area. Back again......good food for price......if you love in Ewa Beach and like Mexican food....give them a try!! More...

Best Mexican food in Ewa Beach! My husband and I eat here at least once a month, ordered online today and my food was ready for pickup in 15 min. I ordered the kitchen sink burrito with shredded beef and a side of rice and beans. All of my food was hot, fresh, and made to order! If you like a little extra spice ask for a side of their habanero salsa, or for a more mild flavor the house salsa is tasty. Everything about the food was bad. The only decent part was the salsa, and I've had better from a jar. We had the nachos to start. The meat was old & greasy, the cheese was thin & bland, and the guacamole was just sad. I had the shrimp tacos as an entree. My tortillas were raw, and the taco literally came with shrimp and cabbage,  despite additional toppings on the menu. I had to explain to my very confused waiter 3 times that no, the kitchen did NOT give me toppings. Once I had the toppings (after him troubleshooting with a lady from bitesquad that he didn't complete an order for), the tacos were still bad enough to eat just 1 of 3. My husband ordered the shrimp burrito. It was okay, but again, not what was listed on the menu. Went to Fiesta's for dinner tonight and ordered a beer with my dinner. When I got the beer, I noticed it wasn't filled to the top and when I took a sip,it was flat. I let my waitress know and she brought me another brand of beer on my request. Then another employee (unsure if was manager) came with another beer of the original I beer I ordered and apologized and said it was on the house. He then returned to the kitchen. Within 5 minutes of leaving my table, he returned and took the beer he brought stating all those beer of they brand were bad. I never got a chance to try the beer to see if it was ok. He then went back to the kitchen with the beer and I saw the staff going through all the bottle beers in the refrigerator checking the caps and I saw all the caps pulled right off. I then heard the staff discuss how many beers they drink at night. The ways the caps just popped off the bottles make me wonder if the staff are drinking the bottle beer and recapping them to resell. The quality of the food went down significantly since they opened.  The carnitas used to be my favorite with onions, cilantro and lime. Now it's given with green lettuce and tomato only. The service is bad when it's busy. You wait a long while, they forget to give you what you ordered and requests like water etc. Then they give you the feeling like they are rushing you out.It seems like since the business is doing well, the owner is no longer focused on quality and service. Finally a decent Mexican restaurant in Ewa Beach!  The place may be small and tucked away in old Ewa Beach shopping mall, but let me just tell you the food is pretty amazing! The location is a small 10 table restaurant in the shopping center with ewa pantry, lots of parking and right off of fort weaver road. The staff were all pretty friendly and made sure our drinks were full at all times which I liked a lot, and they had a pretty good happy hour with some well priced beers! I love me a chimichanga with some refried beans and Mexican rice! This time I opted for the pork chimichanga and it was pretty good except I didn't like how there we're some pretty burnt pieces mixed into the meat... the beans were nice and creamy, and the rice was cooked to perfection.. Overall, this is a pretty good Mexican restaurant in the most perfect location ( literally across the street from my house LOL) and I'll def be back to try out the chicken chimichanga and probably the taco salad too  I would highly recommend you all try this place More...

My mother and I came here for horchata and stayed for tacos. The horchata was delicious and is apparently a family recipe (caution, dairy allergy). Chips and salsa were provided and the grilled chicken tacos were salty but not in a detracting way. When we went they were short on staff, but that didn't detract from the service. The horchata comes with a free refill and the waitress was not afraid to top off our drinks. We were even given horchata in take-out cups for the road! Will definitely be back soon. More...

The best authentic Mexican food on Oahu. Manager of the restaurant and her employees created a very welcoming environment for my family myself. The portion size of the plates of food and the price matched. They have a queso dip that is served on a hot skillet that comes from 3rd Generation recipe. The restaurant is not big it does have big bold flavors. More...

To start I am a lover of Mexican food! in the The three occasions that I have visited had been a disappointment. The first time I went I ordered Menudo and I must say the flavor just wasn't their, the menudo was cooked to perfection but the broth lacked flavor even after adding the lemon the onions and even cilantro. Being that I love Menudo I ordered in again (thinking that maybe someone else had brought it to there attention) It was the same experience. I would have mentioned it but it wasn't horrible and I respect the cultures and maybe this was the real authentic way to make it? The third time I ordered a beef enchilada with red sauce. Now everyone knows that enchiladas are known for there robust flavors that keeps you coming back for more. This was in 40 years the very first time I sent my food back in a Mexican restaurant!!! It had absolutely no taste!! I asked to possibly get it exchanged for maybe chicken? The owner told me that no matter what filling I order they are all prepared the same. So I returned it and ordered Menudo. I'm all about small business especially in my own community but it just didn't do it for me. Hopefully things change. More...

HORRIBLE!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and get a frozen burrito. The chicken was dried out and tasted like cardboard. The steak in my burrito was old, chewy and had been sitting out for God knows how long. A waste of my hard earned money.

Easily the best Mexican food in the area! We moved to the island in August and have been searching all around for a good Mexican restaurant since we got here. We ordered enchiladas and their red sauce was delicious as well as their salsa and chips! Unlike most places, they actually had that slight spicy, but not too spicy, flavor that most restaurants around here have been lacking. Upon walking in, we were skeptical at first since the place was empty, but I guess they mainly get business through take out calls, which they got quite a number of. A few other families came in to sit down as well. Service was prompt and excellent and the waitress was very nice! The food comes to the table on beautiful plates and they even play Mexican music in the background. Would like to see this place get busier because it deserves it! More...

I have been frequenting this restaurant for years, prior to the change of management and everything, and haven't had any issues whatsoever with the food or service. However, today after biting into my to go kitchen sink burrito I found an intact plastic cover wrapped in it resulting in an immediate loss of appetite for this pregnant lady. I did call and speak to Miguel and he handled the situation well, refunding the order and offering to make new burritos, but at this point I don't think I'll be frequenting this restaurant any longer. We decided to order delivery tonight through BiteSquad and was craving for Mexican. No issues with the delivery but concerns about the food. The portions for the Carne Asada Fries was small. To advertise it as "Onolicious San Diego Style" is an outrage! I've had Carne Asada fries from San Diego and the fries from here DO NOT compare at all! The portions are alot bigger in San Diego! I had the Tamales plate. They were small and really dry! Usually the tamales I've eaten from other establishments are usually moist but the ones tonight were super dry and not flavorful at all! I've also asked for Salsa Verde and I'm sure verde in spanish means green. I got red salsa instead with my order. I would of rather spent my money elsewhere if I knew the food here was not great! UPDATE: Management reached out me via a Yelp and apologized again. Very thoughtful :). One of the server girls also reached out to me and apologized again. I really appreciate it. I guess I mis-heard some things and will retract PART of my review based on what I mis-interpreted. Thought it would be a good idea to come here for some Mexican :)I ordered a chicken enchilada with "green sauce" and a "chicken" tamale and DOUBLE CONFIRMED with the girl that it was chicken. The hubby ordered the brick burrito with green sauce. When picking up my order (about 10 minutes from closing) the two girls at the front were taking amongst themselves and saying things like "ohh make sure you turn off the light!" ..obviously talking about the OPEN light. No biggie. My main issue here is that I took several bites out of my "chicken" tamale and had several members of my family try it. Sadly it was pork, which normally wouldn't be a big deal except for it's against my religious practice to eat pork, which is a REALLY big deal to me. I almost threw up.I called them back, the girl was apologetic, and management was REALLY apologetic and gracious and understood the gravity of the situation and refunded my entire bill.Bottom line: management was AMAZING and handled the situation like complete professionals, but their frontline staff need a little crash course on respect and basic customer service. My wife just got back from having dinner at Fiesta's and was a bit disappointed by the quality of meat used for the carne asada. We both ordered a burrito for dinner, a California for her and a Kitchen Sink burrito for me, both with carne asada. While the flavor was decent, the meat was  both gristly and fatty. I powered through mine but I think my wife set more meat aside (after initially trying to chew them) and placed them under a napkin than she actually ate.I don't recall having such poor cuts of meat from this place before. We understand new management is trying to implement changes...we hope they start with using better cuts of meat. More...

The food is good, the water tastes bad, and the price point is high for what you get. Service is ok. Menu states that all entrees come with rice and beans, but if your entree is a burrito or chimichanga the rice and beans are "stuffed inside" even on entrees that already come with beans and rice inside. That being said it is notable that the portion of beans and rice inside the burritos and chimichangas does not vary from items that come with beans and rice and the ones that don't. Apparently this restaurant has come under new management recently so I'd recommend not eating here until they've worked out all the kinks. Not a bad restaurant but it has a lot of room for improvement. More...

Let me start by saying that the food here is okay. The food is a bit bland but it's decent.Service was not that good. When my group arrived, there was no one else inside; a few people picking up to go orders. No one came to our table for 10 minutes. The young waitress who finally came seemed super depressed with an attitude. She seemed bothered to serve us although we were the only people there. She never returned for drink refills, just to bring our food and cheque. Another upbeat waiter then started to serve us who was actually attentive. More...

Tonight venture to Fiestas was an experience. They were so busy, well of course it was Cinco de Mayo. What was I thinking to bring friends there for their first time. The take out line was out the door, tables full, phone never stopped ringing, let's not forget the delivery orders too and the web orders kept coming in. I gave this place tonight only fours stars no fault to the staff as they weren't prepared for the crowd. Management needed to prepare better and staff more people. Someone needed to just deal with the take out orders and expedite those orders. Person on phone in orders and web orders. Restaurant needed two waitresses only attending to the dine in customers. Kitchen area could have used another body because orders were getting mixed up. Management needed to be on the register and overseeing the whole operation. More...

It's Cinco de Mayo, Friday night and a payday. We were craving some Mexican food and this place was recommended to us. They were completely unprepared for flood of customers. Staff was very nice considering the circumstances. No snarky remarks or stressed out attitudes. I wish I could say something good about the "kitchen sink" burrito. It was generous but that's where it ended. I won't complain that it took over 40 mins for the food to arrive, but the tortilla was cold and the stake chunks were fatty. Very, very bland for Mexican food. It was hard to taste any flavor. I'm not a habanero gulping madman, but this was quite a letdown. I would not recommend this place unless you are absolutely dying for something resembling Mexican cuisine and have no gas or money to go someplace closer to the city. It's unfortunate because this place is close to where I live. More...

Horrible place to eat. I went there with my wife and ordered a menudo. It's like a soap with corn and meat. It didn't take long to receive my order since we were the only ones there but when I got the food it was way to salty. I never complain about food but this was so bad that I could not eat it like that so I tell the waitress if I could get another bowl. She agrees with me that it is to salty and gets me another bowl like ten minutes later. First of all she gives me a smaller bowl than the previous one and second it was still salty. I was going to give Fiesta's another try.  I had tried before but was not impressed, thought the food was bland and not authentic.  I'm from So Cal so I know Mexican food.  Anyways... I used the order online feature to order 3 street tacos & horchata.  I was craving it (I'm pregnant by the way) and was looking forward to eating.  I went to pick up my order at the time it said my food would be ready. I walked in, it was dark, and only the lady (I assume was the cook) was in the back.  She wasn't the nicest, but given she may have been stressed because she said she had no idea where the other worker(s) were.  The phones was ringing off the hook.  I sat for about 10 mins.  Then decided to get Thai food a few stores down, which they never disappoint. I left the shopping center about 30mins after Feistas said my order would be ready and still no one but the lady was there. Later I called for a refund and the guy on the phone said "I'll let them know".  No apology, no nothing.  Sorry, I hate to leave a bad review but this place is terrible with terrible customer service. This is the second time that I have eaten here and like the first time, I really wasn't satisfied. To start, I sat down and was given water and a menu immediately but waited 15 minutes before anyone came by and took my order. Food took about 15 minutes to come to the table. I even noticed that some of the other dine -in customers who ordered ended up just taking their food as take out because of the wait. Food quality was average and portions were kind of small. Thank God I did, because... WOW!! The chimichanga was huge, fresh and nothing short of amazing. It was stuffed with meat, rice, beans, pico, and cheese. I wish there was a rating lower than 1 star. I don't mean to come across as mean or rude but this place was terrible, absolutely nothing even remotely decent about anything in this place. First off, the people were rude! Not the cashier/hostess but the people in the back and manager were terribly rude, and just not personable. And the place was FILTHY, I mean take some pride in what you do and clean up your restaurant, this place has to be in violation of some health codes. Second, WAY OVER PRICED! I mean CRIMINALLY OVERPRICED! Almost $40 for 2 burritos! LOL! Seriously almost $40! I don't see how they don't feel bad about charging what they charge for the food they sell. And to top it all off, THEY TOOK FOREVER! How did i wait almost 40 minutes for 2 kitchen sink burritos? Your thinking "hey maybe this place was busy and just backed up on orders..right?"-NO! We were the only ones in the whole place! How?! I mean seriously how is this place still in business? And to finish off everything.. the food was BLAND! Absolutely no flavor, i was in shock, i figured they charged this much and they took this long, it at least has to taste good..NOPE! So I was livid, I go back and try to tell the manager about my grievances, the burrito tasted terrible, it took forever to come out and it was overpriced! So i ask for a refund, i barely took 1 bite out of the burrito, and he said he didn't have the authority to give refunds and had to ask his manager, after seemingly pretending to be texting him he told me he couldn't get a hold of him and there was nothing he could do. I was so upset, i tell everyone i know NOT to even go near this place. IT IS THE WORST! If you really want some good Mexican food that's decently priced and brought to you with speed and service, i recommend going over to Kapolei there's a place called El Mariachi or something, much better Mexican joint. Trust me you'll thank me later. I live in Ewa and we need to come together as a community and put this place out of business. IT IS THE WORST! More...
