My Auntie sadly passed away recently and as a family we wanted to get something really special. Dee was so lovely and took care of everything for me. She even kindly sent me a picture the evening before the funeral via WhatsApp, Everyone loved the flowers they were very high quality and the finishing touches were lovely. Fiesta Flowers were highly recommended to me by C.Bastocks Funeral Home as I was looking for someone to create beautiful displays for my beloved Mom's Celebration Day Service. I had already researched for my own personal choice of flowers and displays but didn't know if my choice would be possible to create. From the moment I called Dee my confidence grew as Dee listened carefully to my requests, gave me her advice and asked me to visit. From the moment Dee and I met I knew that I had great faith in her work, ideas and portfolio. Dee had already purchased a few roses with the colour scheme I chose and then she put her experience to work. Dee just knew what I wanted and put my mind to rest. I left the shop feeling so relieved that Dee was going to create miracles for me and that's exactly what she did. I received photos as soon as the displays were made and Dee encouraged me to visit to have the final approval. All I can say is that my dear Mom had the best flowers ever. They were absolutely beautiful and so pretty that they took my breath away. I have asked Dee to display these photos in her portfolio as I truly believe that everyone will be amazed at her additional creations. Dee is truly a wonderful lady who is very professional and works very hard for her customers but also she's so approachable, understanding and caring especially at such important times in all of our lives. Just to add to the comments, our flowers are three weeks old and they still look so fresh and pretty as the day they were made. Everyone at the service and since have commented how beautiful Dee's work is. All I can say Dee is that your work is outstanding, you are one very special lady with a heart of gold and I've met a friend for life as I promise you that you'll be my only choice of florist from now on. The arrangement Dee created for our Mum's funeral was absolutely beautiful. We wanted something unusual, mostly in pale greens and she fulfilled our wishes above and beyond what we had expected. We were recommended to Dee by our funeral directors. What else can I say other than, fantastic.
