From day one, I’ve always felt welcome and understood by the coaches at FieldHouse Gym. The coaching and workouts are top notch and allow me to hit my goals. I love the fact that I have a coach that understands my needs and helps me along the way. I would recommend FieldHouse to anyone and everyone looking for a great gym with even better community and coaching staff! More...

Dropped in the other day and had an incredible experience. Was able to do my own programming, got help when I needed, and the coaching staff was very hospitable. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. More...

We dropped in this last week from out of state and I can't say enough about the welcoming from the coaches/owners. Everyone was so friendly and the place was incredibly clean. I especially loved the open air feel and the puppy cheerleaders on the sidelines! Great place to visit; I sure wish I had a place like this in my hometown. More...

If you're looking for constantly changing, intense and fun fitness regime in downtown Dallas, Pac Elm is the place for you.

Coaches are fun, personable, watchful and attentive. Each coach brings his/her unique strength to the instruction while following a common programming regiment. They take a very balanced perspective on form vs. intensity, making sure your routine is down before you load up on weight and resistance.

Routines are programmed in advance, coordinated and balanced (though only posted about 24 hours ahead.) You rarely do the same workout twice (the exception being benchmark workouts), but the day-to-day order is not random. If one day you learn an olympic lift move, the next day you'll probably get a more cardio-focused routine.

CrossFit can appear intimidating to outsiders, but Pac coaches are happy to tweak and scale the routines for anyone who is ramping up. If you're new to CrossFit, you'll still get an excellent workout while routinizing the moves. Once you want to do more barbell work, the coaches will let you progress.

The location is exceptionally convenient to anyone who lives/works downtown or is staying in a nearby hotel. Parking is right next door. Showers and lockers for those who head straight to work.

The crowd is very friendly, polite and supportive. Experience level and age vary, so chances are you'll find your niche.

Definitely give the place a shot if you're an experienced athlete looking to drop-in or considering a change in your fitness regiment. The free community workouts on Saturdays are a great way to dip your toes.

I'm from out of town and I am highly impressed with the open arms this box has shown me. Not only did the coach show me around, all of the members walked up to me and introduced themselves. The equipment is top notch and made my box look dated. The box is temperature controlled and facilities are clean. The bathroom is gigantic!

The programming was okay. It seemed cardio heavy that week. I enjoyed the snatch skill exercises incorporated into the workout. Great staff, good form correction and PLENTY OF PLATES AND BARS!!!. I highly recommend.

I travel a decent bit for work and have dropped in to numerous gyms around the country and even a few internationally. This is probably the best run gym I've visited. Excellent and friendly coaches and super clean facilities. I also don't say that lightly as I'm usually a pretty harsh critic on Crossfit coaches. I unfortunately have seen way too many bad ones but this is not one of those gyms. I highly recommend it to anyone dropping in or folks living in the area. If I lived in Dallas, I would join. Dropped in for a WOD (2x) this week while in town for business.  Absolutely one of the cleanest and nicest boxes I have been to; and I have been doing CrossFit for over 3 years, dropping in at boxes all over the US.Only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is that I think that when a class is started and there are out of town guests, there should be a quick introduction to the locals.  We are a community of athletes working together to improve ourselves.  At my home box they are my CrossFit family and when someone new shows up I like to know who they are and where they are from.Otherwise an overall awesome experience, great workout and very nice facility right in the heart of downtown.Thank you!!
