Beware! Bryan is very poor at communication. His schedule is very unreliable and he changes his appointment times, always delaying and offering some excuse. Finally he fails to turn up at the time he decided would suit him. I would never recommend. More...

We NEVER give times. You demand service when you want it where there are other customers wanting their appliance repaired also. We advised you that I would attend today but your day ends at 14:00 whereas our day doesn’t. We work until the appliances are repaired correctly. Your loss as we hold the parts you require on the vehicle.

Superb service from field engineer Bryan who repaired my fridge under Liebherr warranty and offered advice about other appliances I have. Have to drop a point only because I had to chase the repair earlier a couple of times after I had heard nothing for a while. More...

I have had 3 engineers since August (4 months ago!) out to fix my Rangemaster induction cooker and they all left scratching their heads. I was recommended FFR Services and within 15 minutes of him arriving it was fixed. I highly recommend them and now I have my cooker back in action in time for Xmas! Thank you very much! More...
