At FFLC Physique Coaching we step away from the typical hardcore, work until you're sick, eat the World's most boring food mentality.
We help those who are tired of conventional, restrictive dieting methods finally build positive relationships with food, their bodies and the gym.
Our clients come to us feeling fed up , tired, often overwhelmed by their tireless efforts and constant yo-yo dieting. They've tried every diet under the Sun; clean eating, Slimming World, popular Juice diets, low carb, low fat...all lead int back to the same place - weight gain and unhappiness.
They've tried most training methods going; interval training, circuit training, running, hill walking, abs classes, every gym class imaginable...but again, that elusive 'body of their dreams' forever seems out of reach.

We work with our clients and appreciate that there is no one size fits all diet.
That meal plans aren't feasible or sustainable.
That sometime life happens and we must be able to eat in a way that acknowledges that.
We aim to build a way of eating that includes the foods they love, includes social occasions and can even include drinking.
We change habits for the better and focus on long term changes rather than short term restriction. (Ever heard of flexible dieting? It's the way we work and it's a way that works!)

Our training methods build lean, strong, confident clients. Safe, weekly progress is paramount - we work on consistently improving not running at 1,000,000 miles an hour all the time.
More importantly we coach our clients to understand WHY they are doing what they're doing and HOW it's working for them.

Women-Only 'Figure' Transformation Group
Our early morning womens 'Figure' transformation group is a small group personal training environment with a 1-1 nutrition and programme element. This is essentially a 1-1 personal training package in a small group setting. We work on individual goals whether that be fat loss, toning, increasing your squat, improving eating habits or any other vitally important elements to long term success. Because your in person time with your coach is shared with 3 others the 3 weekly sessions come in at just a FRACTION OF THE PRICE of 1-1 services. Not only that, but you can guarantee a super supportive environment with like-minded women all working together to achieve individual goals.
Women-Only 'Fat Loss' Transformation Group
Our evening transformation group is a large group training season, including 2 coached sessions per week. The aim of our evening group is simple fat loss. Everybody follows the same method of eating (still a flexible approach, inclusive of the foods they eat) and the exact same training plan. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT BEGINNER CLASS We teach how best train to bring about positive changes to your body and how to do so in a safe environment. The mood is supportive and lighthearted and your coach is on hand to take you through the whole process. Again, as this is a group environment we can offer this service at a much lower price. So you can make all kinds of changes at a fraction of the price!
