Following the use of many florists with disappointing service and dead flowers on arrival, I used FF and loved them! I've used them many times and never once have I been disappointed. I live in Brussels and need a good florist back "home" to deliver good flowers on time. I ordered this morning following a death in the family, and they were delivered within 2 hours. First time using FF as have been disappointed by others in the past . Not this time !! I wanted to thank my sister for a favour and boy was she impressed ! The order process online was quick , easy and efficient . However I was worried if they would find her office , although local can be tricky to access . Again proved successful , my sister was over the moon with the bouquet ‘yellow and white ‘ arrangement and said her colleagues were ‘well jel ‘.
