We sold our Colchester property with Fenn Wright in November 2019 and couldn't have wished for a better experience. Given a challenged market, we received great advice on where to price the property to encourage a sale and it was not long before an offer was made. Kirsty handled negotiations brilliantly and we felt that she gave us fair and realistic advice and genuinely wanted the best outcome for us. It also felt as if she was doing the same for the buyer - and we appreciated that rounded approach, as everyone involved should have a good experience. Once we were in a sale situation we received weekly updates - even if nothing was particularly happening. Good communication was key for us as we were selling whilst living elsewhere in the country.
