The summerhouse is lovely , sturdy , very well built , I had them lay the concrete base , no mess left , put the summerhouse up in a couple of hours and to say I am happy is an understatement, it’s solid, everything fits where it should , I love it , the guys were excellent, will def use this firm again

We had 4 fence panels, posts and a gate installed, they're high quality and fitted by 2 good workers. They returned a few days later to face them the other way round as I'd changed my mind and were very accommodating and didn't complain at all. Very impressed!

Had a shed built to my exact dimensions for my motorbikes n tools, was alright until it wasn't. Within a week (october) the right side shed door warped and would no longer go in fully to lock, but could move the top black rotating thing on the screw on it, few days later, door wouldn't even go in that far so I had to lay a piece of wood leaning on the door. Shed was assembled poorly, handle was screwed in with a small screw and coming off, multiple gaps in the shed wall n roof. Had the door shutting issue fixed by a carpenter by shaving a bit of the door off, a week later the rain warped the door again so it couldn't shut. The left doors metal bolts that go on the inside of the door at the top and bottom also struggle to go in/don't go in. My mother (the buyer) rang them and left a voicemail asking them to call back and they never did. I live in a high crime area and considering its winter with corrosion, rust, rain I would like to store my bikes in a safe place of which I have to use a big piece of wood as a ramp as it is awkward to get it in the shed while my other 2 bikes don't fit in the shed (likely because of the measurements given, that's fine). I was going to get a bigger 2nd shed but now am reluctant to get a new shed. Paid 1.8 grand for a shed that can't survive 1 week. When a storm took down 4 fence panels and posts I need 6, 6 foot fences and 5 posts dug out of concrete and new ones inserted the guys where here all day but worked so hard to complete the job! I was very pleased with the excellent service we received. We had a fence made and the old fence taken away and a new one erected. I was very pleased with the whole service. The guys who put up the fence were very efficient and did a very good job. I had a lot of shrubs and plants in the garden where the fence was and the guys didn't harm any of them. Thank you to Sam and your team for a marvellous new close boarded fence.I find it hard to believe that it was built in a day,old fence removed, 12+ metres of fence with right angle bend and a curve. The attention to detail was very impressive. The site was cleared and left extremely tidy,all by 5.30pm and they did not appear to rush.Very polite guys,a credit to Fenland Timber.Also very impressed with your yard staff,very friendly, helpful and full of advice .
