What’s your signature dish?
My home made quails scotch eggs with spring onions, thyme and parsley, also my honey and mustard coated cocktail sausages are always a hit.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I prefer if possible to visit you to discuss what you want and to get a feel for
What do you love most about your job?
My clients become my friends and keep in touch. I absolutely love dinner parties and the intemantcy, I have done several of these at local historical houses that are rented out usually for special family events.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out as a teenager working at a Little Chef and have worked in all different employers related to food, Bakery, Delicatessen, Food Manufacturer etc. I volunteered helping out in a Rugby Club kitchen and ended up being the catering manager, then moved to a sailing club, then golf club and just love the interaction, along this journey many people said you ought to start your own catering business, so I did!
