Anne and Song are amazing. I had my kitchen completely renovated by the Feng Fa team and 2 years later, it is still beautiful. I worked with their designers to get exactly what I wanted in my kitchen. There have been only a couple of minor issues after installation. Wanting to have a modern look on my old kitchen, I researched the internet and came across Feng Fa. My experience has been absolutely wonderful from the time I booked an appointment to selecting the materials and finally to have the contractors come to my apartment to install the new cabinet doors to my kitchen and washroom. From Rudy to Song Zheng / Anne and to the contractors, everyone I dealt with has been professional, respectful, fair and extremely meticulous. We had wonderful experience working with your entire team. We dealt with so many companies in the past for home renovations and this was by far our best experience ever for following reasons:
1. reasonable pricing
2. patiently guided us through the process with formal checkpoints from approving design, choosing paint color, countertop selection and final inspection of cabinets before delivery.
3. wont sell you stuff thats not necessary just for the sake of getting more money.they even explained cheaper alternative but quality product that satisfies need of cutomer (e.g. choice between wood and mdf doors ... they clearly explained advantage and disadvantage)
4. Professional and friendly staff.
5. listened to our ideas but also explained clearly why our ideas wont work and suggested for alternative solution
6. accomodated change requests even during construction phase
7. provided best support (just one phone call or text message and they came to fix small issues even on a bad winter night)
8. accomodated additional requests free of charge like extra shelving even after the kitchen was made and delivered.
9. on schedule for delivery and installation
10. and most of all , installed an end product with such elagance and great functionalityIn any project, i believe that nothing is really perfect , but what feng fa delivered was close to perfection.Special thanks to Anne and Song for being so patient and accomodating!
