Excellent job pruning challenging hedges. Quite obviously have an in depth knowledge of trees/plants.
I had an issue with the amount of leaves and branches left behind so I phoned (Thursday) to discuss.
No problem at all - promised to come back the next week to clear more and came on the Monday morning, apologising about the amount that had been missed.
It isn't whether or not there is a problem, it is rather how it is dealt with.
Would certainly use Chris and Scott again and whole heartedly recommend them.

The Person is very helpful, polite, easy to understand. May be I have some different expectations like the hedge would be a perfect rectangle and all the unwanted plants would not be seen after the services made me think that the work was not done to my expectations. Shama, Your review disappoints me in a number of ways, firstly, your briefing, such as it was, was conducted in your kitchen, at no time before, during or after the work was completed did you bother to come out and see what I was doing or what I had done. This is a first for me. At no time did you mention removing any plants! I trimmed back the overgrown and much neglected shrubs as far as I could during bird nesting season, again you didn’t mention you wanted this collection of shrubbery shaping in any way.. I never ask for money upfront, and I don’t even mention payment until I have checked my customers are satisfied with the work so you had plenty of chance to discuss things with me before parting with a penny. What is most disappointing though is that you are willing to sully my reputation without even contacting me.

Fell Greave Gardening are extremely professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and were extremely polite and helpful, they took time to listen to what i wanted and advised on what would be the best way to do it. They have a vast knowledge of plants, trees and all things garden! We arranged a time for the initial gardening work that needed carrying out and they had the whole thing finished in a day.
