This is my kinda place. Healthy real food choices.. Oh even organic like in the "50's and 60's before corn Fed cows and Monsanto's evil chemicals. Nice Real food is coming back. No flavorings to hook a habit to come back. You just got to want good food for your body. After a while fake food taste not so good. It takes time you'll get there. Your health is worth it. Got to give it a try! More...

If you're having an off day Feeling Groovy is definitely the place to stop by and recharge. From the food and drink down to activities and services offered. Everything well priced for affordability. The staff there are very helpful and welcoming. Especially Teddie. Always a cheerful spirit, welcoming, and uplifting.
Check out the nitro coffee, lentil soup, chicken wrap, and their assorted desserts.

This place has it all! Yummy food, fantastic yoga classes, and other wellness services like massage and the like. The yoga classes I've attended have been on the small side and the teachers have been great with offering guidance. It's got really cute decor and overall is just a fun place to hang out. More...

This coffee and lunch spot is a throwback to the 60s. The owner has a ranch in Northern California which is also a wellness center and she takes the sheep from the ranch and dyes them tie-dyed colors. The inside is colorful and they have interesting drinks with "wellness" add-ins that are trendy right now. They also have yoga classes and sensory deprivation tanks to experience stillness. Getting coffee is pretty slow so don't go here if you are in a hurry. More...

I tried the Floatation Pod for the first time and loved it! Can you say "relaxing?" Already signed up for 3 more visits.

Fantastic place. Almost all the food is organic, they sell high quality oils and CBD products, as well as crystals. The tai chi and yoga classes are awesome.
The infrared sauna is so relaxing and unique!
Finally, my massage therapist Emily was SUPERB. She is great with making sure the pressure isn't too much, she made me relax and got out knots and spasms in my back. She has helped my pain and gave me the best massage I've ever had. She was kind and professional.
All the workers are knowledgeable, warm and friendly.
Manny makes THE best sandwiches and soups you've ever had.
Highly recommended!
