I have to advise anyone to think exceedingly carefully before letting Ger and her company anywhere near your wedding. Please avoid them! When we paid for our invitations the T's and C's stated that we had 3 rounds of revisions, after which we would be charged £20 each time. We agreed to this and understood the word that goes into creating bespoke designs. The invitations we had ordered were really expensive but we felt it was worth it for a product we loved. When we finalised our design we were told to be very clear we were happy with everything, as once it had been printed we would not be able to make changes. We carefully checked our design and agreed the final version. When our invitations arrived, 12 days later and 8 weeks before our wedding date, the second draft had been printed rather than the final version we had agreed on. In addition to this, the products was poorly printed, misaligned and not something we could send to our guests. We contacted Ger, certain that she would have the correct version sent out to us immediately as the error was clearly hers, and if we waited another 12 days for the products we had actually spent so much money on to arrive then our invitations would be going out after the RSVP date that was printed. This is where we were let down. She asked us to pay extra to have the product sent to us quicker! When we pointed out that she had made the mistake and therefore we shouldn't be out of pocket he refused to cover the cost of having these printed more quickly herself. We asked for a refund as an alternative, as the product we ordered hadn't been delivered and could not be delivered within the timescale stated within the T's and C;s and this was also refused. At this point she started insulting us and telling us that we had made mistakes during the design process so we should be more understanding about the mistake that she had made. I pointed out tat we were paying customers who hadn't made mistakes but had simply used the 3 rounds of revisions included in the (very high) price were were paying for her products. She also threatened to break GDPR laws and share entire email threads with our personal details on if we dared to leave any negative reviews for her company. At this point we realised that anyone running a business in this way was not someone who could be trusted with any further aspect of our day, and ordered invitations and stationery from another company who were wonderful. I advise you to avoid Feel Good Invites at all costs, unless you wish to have substandard products delivered and be insulted in the process. Just wanted to say thank you to Ger and Hannah for making the process SO easy and for the brilliant finished product. We were really struggling to find a design we liked that wasn't (in my fiancé's words) 'generic and floral'. The book design was perfect, the turnaround time super quick and everyone has said how much they love the invites and how unique they are. I cannot recommend Feel Good Invites enough, they were brilliant to work with from start to finish and really made us the most beuatiful wedding invitations for a great price. Every email was responded to so quickly (even over Christmas!) And nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the invitations and envelopes is excellent and not to mention utterly beautiful. I cannot recommend Feel Good enough for all your wedding stationery requirements. We went for the Woodland Story theme and Alex was very patient as I went through a million different shades of steel blue. We went for the concertina day invites and had so many comments saying how classy they were, and how it gave the most amazing first impression of our wedding. Hannah took care of our on-the-day stationery (table plan, place names, table names, table quizzes, welcome sign, orders of service) and everything was absolutely stunning. We can't recommend Feel Good Invites enough! The team are so friendly and made creating our wedding invitations a really easy, relaxed process from beginning to end. They were so patient as we made numerous tweaks to artwork until we got it just right. We love the originality of the design and layout and we've received great value for money got creating and printing 3 slightly different versions of our invite. I would recommend this company to my friends and family any day!. Feelgood was very responsive to all of my emails, and I was surprised at how quickly they always got back to me. They were nice, and very accommodating. When I did my final order I got a tracking number and timely shipment. I love my invites, the quality of the paper is quite nice and the colors matched the sample I had ordered previously. The only thing I was a little surprised about was that the wax seal did not really match what was pictured on the website but is a small wooden circle stamp.
