We had been having problems for quite a while now with people not paying their for cctv maintenance and subscriptions programmes. I was advised to contact federal from a contractor who works in the same industry as they were using this company. Our MD was a little hesitant to outsource the debt collection to a third party but after receiving glowing recommendations we took the plunge. Federal have been excellent in every respect from the start. They communicate well and every query is answered quickly. The collection rate is much higher than our expectations and the accounting side is also streamlined with an efficient online reporting portal that allows us to monitor progress on the each one of the accounts we pass over.
