IT'S Not Just About Getting The Job Done.
We have 7 guest rooms at The Railway Hotel in Faversham. Feaverbuild refurbished all 7 bathrooms exactly to spec + their own ideas and innovation to improve things. They had all the crafts on hand which is rare. They gladly worked with flexibility and tidiness around the clock, giving us minimal lost occupancy which was just a great thing for a small hotel and way beyond our expectations for lost rooms. Their flexible and cooperative approach to keeping our hotel running will not be forgotten here. All we heard from them was "Ok that's done, what's next?" All large jobs have some small snags (mostly our fault!). Ours was no different. Its the way your contractors deal with them that matters. In short, they were expedient, skilled and friendly in every way to our complete satisfaction. Feaverbuild have already won the next phase of our refurbishment even though they don't know it yet! I have recently moved to Faversham from South east London. The house needed all sorts of repair work, decorating and general updating.
I didn't have a clue who to contact until my neighbour dropped a card round for Feaverbuild.
