Not long before Christmas, the socket of my washing machine broke. I have two young (and messy ) boys. The thought of being without a working washing machine was stressful to say the least! We recently upgraded our utility room, bedroom/ensuite and dining room, with electrical work required in each room....and other tradesmen 'needing' electrical work seen to before they could continue. Despite being obviously busy, Frazer was an absolute star, popping in on his way home or way to other jobs and even answering a text while he was on holiday! He and the other lad were both excellent. Fast workers, but careful and clean too. Frazer also suggested an in-line fan for our ensuite which we hadn't thought of for ourselves. Very successful. All the work was excellent and - when it came, at the end - the bill was not as huge as anticipated. Thank you! He returned my voicemail promptly and booked me in ASAP, then he later called the following day and brought the appointment forward as he knew the work we required was urgent.
