Every now and then you have an experience that is over the top.....this is one of those. Although I reside in Oregon City situations called for me to order from this location. Let me just say.....WOW! These aren't just cupcakes, but an experience all their own. I ordered a few dozen to share at my better half's work, and oh my. Quick service, good selection and seasonal flavors! My favorite is the doughboy! I only wish they had options for people with allergies. Fat Cupcake did a wonderful job on the mini cupcakes and topper cake for our wedding. We had them deliver and set up the cake and cupcakes, and everything was on time and looked great. I love their cakes!! I now go to their new happy valley location since it's closer to me but my family and I have ordered cakes from here before and now I go in for cupcakes. They're always so moist and not too sweet! I normally HATE frosting on my cupcakes and always have someone else eat the frosting but theirs is just perfect for me. We ordered our wedding cake from Fat Cupcake in March 2019. The process was very easy, and the cake was DELICIOUS. We had previously gotten cakes and cupcakes for other occasions. We set up a cake tasting and really enjoyed it, and placed our order that day based on our expected guest count. We ordered a simple 6” round with naked frosting (which our florist then decorated – it turned out beautifully!) and did quarter sheet cakes for the rest of our guests. This was very cost effective for our budget, and it was great that we were able to take off one of the sheet cakes from our order in advance of the wedding when our RSVP list was smaller than expected (we were within the cancellation timeframe noted on our contract). We arranged for them to deliver to our venue – the driver was on time. Our main cake was pink champagne with white chocolate mousse filling, and it was so delicious. Light and moist, really flavorful. We had a wonderful experience with Fat Cupcake and will continue to buy cakes with them in the future! More...

I ordered my daughters 2nd birthday cupcakes 2 days before her party, cause I’m a busy mom. They were so great and able to work with me without any shame. I picked up the 3 dozen mini cupcakes and they provided a special birthday cupcake for my daughter ( which saved me a trip cause I was going to buy her something else) They also have candles up for grabs for those last min moms as well. Well Well Well. Its not just cupcakes they serve, but layered cakes, too. Saved my butt at the last moment when I needed to buy a birthday cake in a pinch. At a most reasonable price. From the time I entered the bakery and walked out, took only ten minutes, tops. Good cake and tasty combinations. I like everything I've tried here. The biggest cakes they have are small so if you have a large party you might wanna get 2 cakes or cake and cupcakes. The cakes are moist and delicious!
