This was my second use of Fastsigns for installing names on the glass door to my office suite. My experience was excellent, from the pleasant, informative, and efficient dealings with the office to to installation itself. The installer was prompt and pleasant. I was dismayed to realize I had overlooked an error on the proofs. But fortunately, John was able to alter the "decals" to correct the two letters that had been inverted on the proof. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Received my estimate on the same day I inquired for a 4' x 8' wood marketing signage, and they answered any questions I had. Sent them a picture of an old tattered banner of ours, and they were able to recreate it perfectly. They submitted the sign permit to the city quickly and was able to install on our site well before the expected date.
