Cannot recommend Kent highly enough!! We’ve had no electric for two days and Kent came at short notice and solved the problem in 10 minutes! Another electrician spent hours and ended up refusing to fix it and walking out. Kent is a friendly genuine guy! Got my house back up and running just in time for Christmas! I would definitely recommend Holroyds Maintenance . He was prompt at responding, on time, friendly, tidy and most importantly did a great job that we are very happy with. Jobs involved full maintenance of the Building with 120 Flats and 125 parking space. Building called Metis Building in Sheffield and Colonial Building Bradford. We contacted fast response electrical service when my wife and I had an idea that we would like lights all around our back garden. We spoke to Kent who listened to what we wanted and went away to research the best products to meet our requirements. He came back to us within 2 days with exactly what we wanted and gave us a great price to do the job. Kent arranged collection of everything we needed and did a great job at a great price. We have subsequently had Kent back to do other jobs for us including spotlights around the outside of the house and internal lights and fittings. All of which have been completed on time and competitively priced and always with a smile.
