Customer service is appalling, absolutely unprofessional company … sent me the invoice with total amount and then they want to charge me ulez tax and parking ticket fine ( if any ) and they don’t go with what they agreed in the first place regarding the whole removal process. would not recommend! used the for a house move a month ago, two guys turned up in Luton and which looked like it was falling apart , within 5 mins they wanted more money than the quote we got, was told they wouldn't take sofas if didn't pay the extra 50 pound, then they only took 60 percent of house. absolutely joke. one of the guys was dressed up smart and asked for more money because of a dog hair on his coat. .maybe don't do removals if you where smart clothes and shoes, also before starting one guy used our outside Bush a a toilet. all in all bloody disgraceful. My daughter hired these guys for a one bedroom ,move 2 guys showed up with nothing but a van ,they were good workers and got the job done at a reasonable price, with our help, which they tried to blame me ,,the problem came when the cooker had suffered enough damage that it was broken,now almost 4 weeks later they are refusing to sort it out ,now the claim is it was an hourly job so no insurance the guys who did our move were OK but watch out if something gets broken

Booked for 3hrs man&van and driver left after 2hrs and left bunches of stuffs on the ground floor because “the time start to count after he left the office” and “it took one hour from his office to my place”. Before the booking I confirmed with fast interior removals that it’s gonna be an “end-to-end” job (which means my old flat door to new flat door) with no extra charges. The driver didn’t even help that much - the destination was on second floor. And cause there’s no lift and we want to make him feel easier, so my boyfriend helped to move 4/5 of my luggages from ground floor to second floor. The driver mostly helped to move from van to ground floor. After the longgg argument about why my 3hrs booking became 2hrs’ one. The customer service guy ask the driver to help move the rest of a few stuffs to upstairs. But by that time my boyfriend already moved everything to upstairs cause he saw I was too angry and he’s just a lovely person. Anyway I’m more than unpleasant about the experience. Still paid 3hrs fee for my 2hr moving. Didn’t tip the driver a penny even though I prepared a big tip! And also!!! Be careful when you moving plants with them. Took 5 HOURS to move a 1 bedroom apartment worth of belongings over a whopping 2.6 miles (10 min drive). They sent quite possibly the slowest movers I'd ever encountered, who spent half the time discussing how to move the items (rather than actually moving them), and the other half on the phone. Perhaps they were intentionally being painfully slow to maximise the bill? Who knows. No items were damaged but 5 hours for a 1 bedroom move - really?! All other companies quoted me 3 hours max; I should have opted for another company, who would have likely sent me movers who did not move at a glacial pace. Not just that- they insisted I pay an amount to which I did not agree without issuing an invoice. They claimed they couldn't issue a new invoice for the revised (much higher) amount because "they didn't work on Sundays," even though they clearly did, given they agreed to the move on Sunday. They refused to unload my belongings and wasted 20-30 min going back and forth about this, and of course, did me the courtesy of billing me for this time as well. More...
