Took my CAD Desktop to Fast after I took it elsewhere with DDRAM issues. They diagnosed the problem same day. As the memory was under warranty, I sent them off, and fixed it. Now works 100% after suffering for months. Will definitely use again. More...

Received a surprise text from FAST that I had a free service and health check for my PC, dropped the PC in and received it back in great shape, whilst I knew I had no technical issues, the clean down of the system hardware was a bonus and has lowered my temp levels. I initially qualified as an electronic control engineer ...and then gained further qualifications to enter the teaching profession. This progressed to a senior Deputy Headship in a very successful Comprehensive School, where I was significantly responsible for a large £multi-million budget. On the back of this success, with yet further qualifications in psychology I then ran my own Management & Training Consultancy for some 16 years prior to my recent retirement. To say that my computers have held many contributory aspects of a successful career is a profound understatement and the security of such work has been of paramount importance. I encountered a problem with my laptop and being self employed, I was desperate to get it repaired as soon as possible. I found out about 'Fast Computers' from the MK Flyer publication so called the guys. Everything about 'Fast' was superb from start to finish - really friendly and helpful people, great and efficient service and they kept me informed throughout. Above all with the priority service, they picked it up from my home and dropped it back on a Saturday evening! Where else do you get service like that. The guys at FAST sorted the problem and were really helpful at getting me back up and running and at a very fair price. My experience with fast computers was fantastic and any issues i have i will return and also recommend to othersAnother visit with another computer which was giving me grief. At very short notice the guys at Fast Computers in Northampton fixed my fathers new Laptop whichwas running with the dreaded Windows 8, and miraculously loaded a shell so that he could run it to look like Windows 7.
