Thanks to my mentee, for making the referral to LaTrisha Bernard at Farrell's Daughter Executive Services. Based on our conversation, I learned that she (Trish) was very familiar with Wix which is why I initially reached out to her. I didn't realize at the time, that she was the whole package! Everything I needed in an administrative assistant and more she offers. The bonus for me, as her client, is that she has a vast Network of virtual assistants that she trusts to get the job done. I value our weekly sessions where we meet/collaborate & go over the tasks at hand. She set me up with apps & systems that help to make it easy to communicate our action plan, task assignments & document/file transfers in what I call "comfortable savvy" so that I'm not intimidated by techy or office processes. Her goofy & my crazy work well together so that our work sessions are not only productive but challenging & fun. She is well organized & task-oriented. She is firm but patient. She is intuitive & sensitive to the needs of her clients. I appreciate her creativity & ability to make things not only visually beautiful but capture what you're saying. Monday, February 19, 2018 was my first Brainstorm Consultation session with Trish Bernard. At the appointed time I noticed that I had not heard from Trish. Waited a little longer and thought something must have happened. As I start hitting buttons on my phone I see the ringer was on mute and that Trish had called and left a message. My daddy, he was a giver and went above and beyond to help others. My business is named after him.
