Great program. I lost 16 lbs and 6.3% bodyfat, gained nearly 4 pounds of muscle lost two pant sizes. Will continue to do it as now my goal is to slash bodyfat in half and continue to add muscle and I am confident FXB will get me there. Hope to see an ab or two or three eventually? The workouts are tough yet able to do them and they actually go fast. Nutrition plan is actually easier to do than cutting carbs or doing any other fad diets. Kip and Lacy are very approachable and helpful. I'd encourage anyone who wants to get better to do this. More...

This place is more than just a gym, it really is like a family. The motivation, energy, and accountability from everyone here is what has kept me coming back for almost 3 years. The nearly 40 pounds I've lost is a pretty good bonus too I've been a member of other gyms before where I had no idea what I was doing, and no one to help me focus. They never lasted. The workouts don’t get stale. If you don’t like one day the next day will be different. You can be at any fitness level and and be challenged and find success. We help our clients through a balanced program that includes nutrition guidance, strength training and kickboxing. A personal coach helps them get the most out of their workouts and learn healthy eating habits.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
That's the power of our program - it's not a secret. We help our members build lean muscle, shed fat and get to a healthier lifestyle. Plus, we add a little extra motivation by giving away $1,000 every session to the person with the biggest transformation.
What do you love most about your job?
When I hear members tell me they were able to get off a medication, or have more energy to keep up with kids or grandkids, or how this program helped them gain confidence in their own abilities or get past some life changing event that was holding them down, you realize our definition of fitness is beyond just a workout. We're helping members of the community shape or reshape their lives in a way that's meaningful to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been in the business world over 25 years and love helping people. Farrell's Ashworth is a way for me to bring those together with something I'm passionate about.
