My passion for improving the lives of others led me to become a Marriage and Family Therapist with a career that spans human services, administrative operations, and business development, I possess an optimal blend of talents for furthering your mission in San Diego. Currently I assist patients through group, family, and individual sessions working toward reaching their personal development goals or court ordered requirements. My past work within two long term residential treatment centers with clients with dual diagnosis and my work in outpatient environment has taught me how to work successfully with all types of clientele. I have conducted intake interviews, Fire Camp Interviews inside Robert Presley Detention Center, Court Requested Assessments and formulated treatment plans up until aftercare planning. I have helped many find a life in recovery and thrive. I worked for many years with teenagers, women, men, LGBTQ and children who survived domestic violence. The road of life has also had me facilitate long term therapy groups (MHN DUI Program, American Addiction Centers), cofacilitate, market, manage, Dr. Popky DeTUR protocol 2 day workshops, teach parenting, co-parenting and anger management. I am honored to have worked with exceptional colleagues, military personnel and I enjoyed the collaborative work and planning in meetings as well. My currently positions have me split my time between San Diego and Murrieta within 2 private practice group setting. I would like to work for only 1
setting.

For the past 17+ years my role has changed in which I held administrative roles in privately owned businesses including FamilyCounselingSanDiego.Com, Inc., with a focus on client relationships and office management. Designing streamlined systems to improve process and quality is a hallmark of this experience, and I have taken my organizational and administrative skills to a new level. Currently now I am seeking an opportunity to leverage these talents back toward the clinical world and working with the military in which my passion is at.
