Love this chiropractor office they offer physical fitness/trainer, nutrition information, awesome massages and X-rays with your exam. Simple words are not enough to express my families appreciation of the work done by Dr. Bolden Harris! Shortly after our daughter was born she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of reflux leading to a lengthy hospitalization for failure to thrive, she could not gain weight. For months we saw specialists and tried every medication available and supplemental feeding options known to man, frankly, it was terrifying. We turned to Dr. Harris for help and within 24 hours of her 1st adjustment our 3 month old gained 2 ounces! The weight gain continued and after her 2nd adjustment we removed her from all medications and haven't looked back once! She's currently a happy healthy 6 month old at normal weight! Over a period of 3 - 4 years I have been getting adjustments from Dr. Harris and I feel better as a result. I have improved posture and have seen improvement in the spine (going toward proper alignment). Dr. Harris is enthusiastic about what he does and does it well. I have had a couple of symptoms not related directly with the spine and those were treated such that I no longer experienced the symptoms. Dr Harris used to have his office off of 2222 in West Austin. He was 5 min from my home and work! He totally cracked my hard she'll fears of Chiropractors. When he moved his office, I no longer saw him. I stayed in touch on Facebook with him.
I continually got worse and worse with my back issues. The pain and discomfort were too much for me. I looked up Terravista Chiropractors for location. Yikes!! 50 to 65 minute drive!! �

I have known Dr Harris for a little while now. He treated my oldest son, who is now a United States Marine! I have been going to Dr Harris for treatment for close to 3 years now. I had an injury that caused terrible damage to my Cervical Spine. I began to suffer from the most HORRID headaches which I later learned was Occipital Neuralgia. It caused permanent nerve damage and it has very quickly became so debilitating that I had to leave my job because the headaches were so severe, intense and made me unable to be the employee I like to be. I have seen a neurologist since I was in my twenties, for Chronic Migraine Condition. I FINALLY got those headaches under control through the help of Dr Harris. And then I had the fall and it has drastically changed my life. I hadn't been to see Dr Harris for financial reasons but one day, I was in so much pain that I emailed him. I explained my financial situation and the level of pain I was in and he scheduled me to come in immediately and very patiently worked and continues to work with me on the financial end so I can be here to get my adjustments. When I came in for that appointment, I Had been very ill, vomiting to the point that I dropped 20 pounds with this headache and nerve pain causing my headaches. Dr Harris did for me in FIVE minutes that my Neurologist haven't been able to do in several years! The relief was IMMEDIATE! It was and is INCREDIBLE! Dr Harris GENUINELY cares for his patients and there well being. He's EXTREMELY knowledgeable, smart and he's funny too.....which is a plus! Let me first say that I have been to many many chiropractic places. As someone who has been in a major motorcycle accident I can say that I know pain and understand how important it is to have proper alignment to help minimize or even get rid of the pain that can come with having a body out of whack. Dr Harris and his team have impressed me greatly by showing me my problem areas and helping me to understand why I have the pain that I have. In my case having X-rays taken in multiple views with movement and then taking the time to show me those X-rays and explain what they mean was something that I have not seen with another chiropractor. Just cracking me and sending me on my way is not how they have gone about helping me. They set me on a path of full body recovery by setting me up with nutrition guidelines to follow, massage therapy to help breakdown scar tissue, and working with a personal trainer to show me the exercises that are needed to carefully work the areas that I need to work in order to fix and maintain. I can tell you that going to see Dr. Harris is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I've been seeing him for a few years now and he's helped me so much. My neck was in pretty bad shape when I started seeing him. I saw him twice a week for four months (because that's all my schedule would allow). Not only did the pain subside but I gained two inches in height. There have been numerous other times when I've thrown my back out and he had me back up and moving in no time. Dr. Harris is flexible and will come up with a plan that works for you. I moved away from his office but I still make the journey to see him. I was in a serious car accident four years prior to seeing him and had been to countless doctors and chiropractors all with just "band aids" on the problem. My husband and I signed up for another round of '8-weeks to wellness'!!! It's made such a big difference in how we approach health care. My husband's lost 30lbs already and I haven't felt neck pain since the very 1st week. If so, it's been minor and a quick adjustment puts me right back on track. It's crazy! It's been so successful with us, that we finally took our children in for an assessment.My son has had bad allergies and asthma since birth.....was told recently he would need weekly allergy shots for the next several years of his life. I was terrified of the thought of what they would pump in my baby!! Dr. Harris has a more proactive approach to healthcare, way more education than just responding to symptoms. My daughter is a dancer and loves gymnastics, but has flat feet and complains of leg pain.
