Ruben and I went to the Lockeford Bar and Banquet last night for dinner and it was delicious! Ruben had the rib-eye which was tender juicy and cooked to perfection. His steak came with a baked potato and fresh yes I said fresh vegetables that were also cooked perfectly. I had the Chicken Marsala and I want to make a recommendation on this. Serve the chicken Marsala over noodles with that delicious marsala sauce and more mushrooms (I love mushrooms) and people will lick the plate clean. My Marsala came with spaghetti which the sauce was very much how I make mine at home. The only tiny little thing I could say is add a little shredded carrot to mellow the ting I tasted.
