Jay and Sarah took amazing care of me. While being here compared to the last place I got physical therapy, the Differences were night and day. At this facility they utilized more techniques, and addressed and fixed multiple issues I was having, aside from my primary injury (lower back, balance, knees, shoulders). I also was more inclined to get in shape, and gained an overall better understanding of my body as a whole (their 3D fit machine is amazing!). Although their motto is cliché, it’s 100% true here. First - all the staff members are great wonderful people with positive motivating attitudes. The atmosphere there is wonderful and peaceful, the equipment is in great condition. When I first started going about a month ago I was so unmotivated and not happy to be there or anywhere for that matter. It’s been a little over a month and I feel great! This place has changed my overall mood and lifestyle! This team is truly saving my life one therapy session at a time in just a few weeks. Several body injuries, herniated discs, improper body mechanics is what this team is helping my body heal from. I’ve been going here for six weeks because I tore my rotator cuff in my right shoulder and Dr Alam, Dr Jay, Cam, Lisa and Ali has been taking great care of me I have gained 95 percent of my strength back in my shoulder and hopefully I’ll be back to normal soon. I definitely recommend coming here they are very knowledgeable and break down every area of the shoulder that needed to be strengthen to get me back good. Without a doubt the best place to go for any level of physical pain. The staff at FRC are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also give the individual time and care to each person that makes you feel the most valued. I had been feeling pain/weakness in my knee, Jawwad answered all of my questions/concerns and walked me through a comprehensive evaluation to diagnose exactly what my issue was. Then explained everything I needed to know on how to strengthen my injury back to health on my very first visit. It's been a few weeks now and my knee is stronger than it has been in a long time, I'm confident that my knee will be 100% recovered by the end of my regimen. My daughter who is 14 years old dislocated her knee cap. The staff here has helped her get off her crutches and walking in a pretty short length of time! ! The staff here are very friendly and professional. I have to be honest and say that at first I was concerned about sending my daughter here because it is a lot less expensive than the other rehabilitation centers I have had experience with but let me tell you I am happy I did!! The ABSOLUTE BEST physical rehab facility I have ever been to. Went in in extreme constant shoulder pain with limited movement and came out much improved with much less pain. The staff is the reason they are so great. Everyone takes as much time as necessary and work really hard to achieve treatment plan goals. They use different techniques and treatments until they find what works best. They are not afraid to get in there and work on you. I’ve never even written a review before this. As a professional athlete, I have sustained various injuries. Choosing a proper rehabilitation facility to meet my high standards has been hard. When I met with FRC staff and had them work on me I was amazed with their work and knowledge. Not only do they possess a wide range of therapy methods and have state of the art equipment, but they have a full gym in their facility for personal training. FRC thank you!! Started PT a few months ago for a rotator cuff injury, wasn’t sure what to expect going in, from the time I walked in ( Heather and Melanie thank you )I knew I was in good hands . They take the time to personalize and work on your individual injury. Jay and the entire staff ( Sim and Cam ) have helped increase my mobility tremendously.
