We went here for years. The staff was nice but the facility was not the cleanest (part of the reason we left). But it is very cheap and I never had a problem with the gym being to crowded!

The trainers and staff here are super friendly! They’re so easy to talk to and always willing to answer your fitness and nutritional questions! My husband and I have been training with Jess and she’s knowledgeable in fitness and nutrition. She’s always making sure we’re doing workouts correctly and getting enough water throughout the day. They go above and beyond to make sure they do what ever it takes to do the right thing and I am very happy to be a member there. I am not just a face they truly take time to get to know you. Just started working with a trainer there and love it. Very noligable about what they need to do to get you going in the right direction. Price is great also.
