My first contact was with Sharon, who came and assessed the premises and what we wanted. She worked with us to plan the most fabulous event and made everything perfect for us. She made sure we saw everything and approved it before the day, then made sure that the food, decorations, staff were even better than promised. (I have no idea how!) In planning for our wedding--in August of last year (2018)--we were initially very worried about finding a caterer that could match our unique vision for that once-in-a-lifetime special occasion. The search for a caterer for our planned reception of about 50-75 people in Manhattan produced a wide variety of options, from the absurdly and astronomically over-priced caterers--to those that failed to timely respond and that were severely lacking in the notion of "customer service". After several failed searches, I happened to stumble upon the very positive (though small) number of reviews and ratings about Fallier Food on Yelp and Google (TLDR; don't let the small amount of reviews stop you from contacting them!). I showed them to my fiancé at the time--and we both decided to reach out to Fallier and take a chance on what they had to offer. This ended up being one of the BEST decisions of our entire stress-filled wedding planning journey...From the first emails back and forth with Sharon and Yvonne--the dynamic duo that made our wedding night reception a smash hit--it was clear that Fallier was all about "customer service". Correspondence was frequent and timely--with all of our questions and concerns attentively addressed. We were already halfway sold on Fallier after several conversations, and decided to proceed with a tasting after talking the team through our mixed Hispanic and Indian themed vision of an event. Within a few weeks we had scheduled our "tasting" and were overjoyed to see what they had come up with. Sufficed to say, when we arrived at Sharon's, the attention to detail--a vibrant combination of colors and professional presentation and plating--was impeccable. They made us feel very comfortable during our afternoon tasting, and explained the ingredient makeup of each distinctly created dish and the thought and focus of its accompanying design choices. We tasted a wide-range of both Hispanic and Indian themed dishes--from a chicken curry inspired dish (that was elegant enough to be served at our wedding), a twist on Spanish rice with beans, several custom salsas and chutneys with varying spice levels, as well as a very memorable elephant-design topped and tasty empanada for one of the appetizers. Needless to say, by the time we left our tasting, we were 100% sold on Fallier Foods--and the resourceful and skilled combination of both Sharon and Yvonne in particular. We left them with a check for a deposit--and contracted with them to make our upcoming August wedding night something our guests would always remember. In addition, before we left we were taken to a really impressive on-site storage room where Sharon kept a wide array of ornamentals and decorations in all sorts of sizes and colors that she gladly showed us while making a ton of suggestions (this attention and passion for detail only further cemented in our minds that we were making a good decision). We returned back to the city "full" and overjoyed that we had FINALLY decided on a caterer.  Over the subsequent months between then and our wedding, both Sharon and Yvonne kept us focused on nailing down final details--that they needed to pull off the event. They both also--didn't hesitate or delay in making a trip to our chosen venue so they could layout and plan their final seating layout and design proposals. Emails, as initially, were frequent and with a prompt and courteous response to all our questions throughout the process. By the time the BIG DAY came, everything had fallen in place wonderfully--however, I did have an untimely temporary illness and scare that affected my appearance the week prior. Though very untimely, and unfortunate, we pushed through toward the BIG DAY and were not about to let anything stop us from having our dream wedding! Guests had arrived from India, Germany, Canada, and all parts of the United States--and on the day of our wedding CATERING was the least on mine or my soon-to-be wife's mind :). Upon reaching our ceremony, we were greeted by a beautifully decorated setting and venue that well-exceeded either of our expectations. Fallier Foods had captured our Hispanic and Indian themed vision and made it a reality. The entire hosting staff and servers were great, and not one made me feel uncomfortable--given that I was still recovering from my recent illness. This night was all about US--me and my wife--and the entire Fallier staff treated us like royalty for the evening. All our guests, as well, seemingly enjoyed the evening and made several comments to us--as we made our rounds--on how good the food and service was. Almost 8-months post-wedding now, and we both can honestly say we would choose Fallier again--if we could rewind the clock. Lastly, I'm a believer that pictures sometimes tell the story...better than words...so I am attaching a few choice pictures from that night. We worked with Sharon Fallier and her catering fabulous team in early October 2018 for a private media event, and they were tremendous! The price was reasonable, the quality of the food was superb and the planning process in the beginning was a cinch.Planning: We shared the vision for the event with Sharon, starting with the theme, color palette and overall flow of the event. They quickly turned around a proposal with recommended food and drink, timing for prep, as well as decor for the F&B area.Execution: They arrived right on time (a little early, which was perfect) and got right to work. All of their items were packed nicely, which made for an easy unload. F&B: Everything was delicious, and the presentation was beautiful. We ordered an appetizer buffet with salmon rolls - SO DELISH - fruit kabobs, cucumber cups with a delightful filling, as well as tropical appetizer buffet presentation (tropical flower displays, linens, platter display, napkins, etc.). Also, the bar serves three signature drinks that everyone loved. When I host an event in NYC, again, I will only with with Fallier Food. They just get it and are a true pleasure to work with. More...

I hosted a 30th birthday party in July​ 2018 and I wanted to make it very elegant, tasteful​ and unique. I worked with Sharon who took my theme idea of James Bond and made it come to life. It felt as though we were actually in Casino Royale once she was done decorating. I was very worried about impressing my in-laws and had concerns over whether there would be enough food as well as the quality of the food. Sharon was AMAZING. She took the time to come see the space prior to the event and build a relationship with me beforehand. She made sure that everything was absolutely flawless. The quality of the food was exceptional and her team did an incredible job with the presentation. The service was very accommodating​ and a pleasure to be around. We are a school in the UK that has a good alumni base in New York. I emailed Sharon from the internet to see if she would be able to help me organise a reunion with hors d'oeuvres and drinks. From the start she was very helpful, listening to what we would like and what we hoped to put together. The event was taking place in a private residence which Sharon visited on our behalf, to see how to best set up and run the evening. Our event for 50 people was a great success and extraordinary not only because of the time and care that Sharon put into the evening but because it was planned entirely through emails across the Atlantic. The time and care that Sharon gave, including looking after the venue owner after we had left was invaluable. Exactly, as good as it gets. Extraordinary describes the attention to detail and quality Sharon Richards and her staff offer. I am a hi-rise property manager. Fallier catered our annual Haloween Party last week which was attended by at least 250 residents. The decor included tool wall covering in Haloween colors, ghoulish characters, and beautiful tablescapes. Food was delicious and plentiful in theme of the day. At a time where mediocrity is the norm, Sharon bucks the trend and provides the best of the best. I would not hesitate to call in Sharon for any personal party. Waaaaay high-end quality and service. We used Fallier for a Happy Hour in our office that we held for our clients. Sharon and Yvonne were very accommodating and their service went beyond our expectations! They have a very large menu with so many options - something for everybody. And the food was delicious. They asked for our company colors and brought decorations and linens to match. The presentation was beautiful. Everyone was very impressed with everything - the food, the decorations, the setup, the service, etc. My boss (who has high standards) was impressed with the great choice of caterer and now the bar is raised for catering at our other office locations! Fallier Food is the best catering company I have ever worked with! I regularly organize events for my job, and I can always rely on Sharon and Yvonne of Fallier Food for high-quality food, beautiful decorations, and friendly and efficient service. We often hold events in a corporate high-rise building, and Yvonne and Sharon are able to turn a plain office space into a festive event space. Their food and decorations always get compliments from our attendees. I appreciate their rapid responses to my enquiries leading up to the event. Their catering options are fun and unique- one of my favourites are the gin and tonic shrimp skewers.
