Avoid these conmen like the plague. One of the other reviews is written by the owner and the other reviews must be written by his friends. They promise to come back and resolve any cleaning issues that the letting agents identify at check out. However my letting agents identified numerous items that had not been cleaned and Falcon Cleaning have mysteriously disappeared and not replied to any of my emails, texts or telephone calls. The letting Agent has had to employ a proper firm of cleaners who actually clean - I would recommend that everybody else uses real cleansers as well and avoid these conmen. More...
