Today I had my first ever wedding dress shopping day I’ve never tried any wedding dresses up until this point so I was really nervous. I met Gemma who helped me try on wedding dresses she was amazing the shop had a lovely welcoming vibe.I picked 3 of my own and then Gemma picked one which is now my wedding dress !! 4th dress and I’m done as I am very fussy and a more curvier bride I thought it was going to be disaster to find one.But with the help of Gemma I am one very happy bride and would recommended to anyone !!! Coming to Fairytale Brides was a wonderful experience. The team were so welcoming. Carol was extremely helpful in listening to what sort of ideas I had, and she also made really useful suggestions of dresses to try on. The range of dresses they had was fantastic and the gowns were absolutely beautiful. At no point did I feel pressurised to buy a dress, and in fact was encouraged to take time to think things through. Carol and her staff at Fairytale brides are amazing and saved the day when it came to my wedding dress experience!! After finding out the original shop I bought my dress from had gona into liquidation (Brides worst nightmare! ) The dress designer company and Carol took control of the whole thing and organised for my dress to be collected and fitted from her shop. A horrible and stressful experience was turned around by Carols kind, professional and caring service. My dress fit me perfectly and was ready in time despite all the hold ups.

I would highly recommend her services!

Had a lovely experience dress shopping here and was made to feel so comfortable and at ease. Gemma went above and beyond for me and made the experience even more special for me. The dress I pick is gorgeous and I feel like a princess in it all thanks to Gemma.

This shop stood out amongst all others we visited. Carol was amazing at making me feel comfortable and helping me chose my perfect gown. The girls here go above and beyond and clearly love what they do. I live abroad and was only visiting the UK over Christmas for two weeks and they opened especially over the holidays so that me and the family could look at the dresses. A year later I was again only home for two weeks before the wedding (again over Christmas) yet they still managed to fit in 3 dress fittings over the only 7 days I had in Manchester, yet again opening up one day when they were supposed to be closed.
Always greeted with smile and a drink and the absolute assurance that everything would be perfect and of course it was. Gemma even emailed me photos of the fabric and colours of my dress to help me with choosing my bridesmaid dresses when I was back overseas. I cannot thank these ladies enough and highly recommend any bride take a visit and look at their stunning dresses. Fantastic wedding boutique in Manchester. I found my dream Ian Stuart wedding dress here and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Carol is so helpful and knows exactly what sort of dress will suit you and look fabulous! My bridesmaids dresses came from Fairytale Occassions and the service here was fantastic too. It really took the stress out of dress shopping and they helped me find a great dress that would suit all of my bridesmaids. I found my dream dress thanks to Fairytale Brides and could not fault the service from start to finish. Carol and the girls made me feel so special and nothing was too much trouble for them. Unlike other shops they seemed interested in me as a bride and not selling a dress.
