Absolutely lovely ladies that cared for my mother in law and made us feel very comfortable and safe. Knowing she was being cared for if were were out at work. What do you love most about your job?
Fairview Resources is passionate about making a difference and enhancing the lives of our service users. As an organisation, we are on a mission to raise standards in care by having a robust recruitment process and only employing carers who are compassionate and caring. Being a carer enables us meet and interact with new people and provide personalised car that makes a difference is service users life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked as a community nurse for over 10 years, I wanted to work in an environment where I can focus more on client care and their well-being. Fairview Resources was founded on the passion for providing high quality care to the most vulnerable within our society. The demand in health and social care continues to increase and to be able to create a happy and harmonious working environment, our staff are well trained, well supported and well remunerated because we understand how to keep staff motivated to deliver quality care.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
- We are constantly up to date with government Covid 19 guidelines and our Covid 19 policy is updated regularly
- A Covid 19 infection control policy and plan is in place, and our staff have full access to it and have read it
- Our staff have attended a Covid awareness course
- Employees are encouraged to wash hands regularly, use hand sanitisers and wear face coverings
- Carers do lateral testing before they visit clients
- Carers who are unwell with Covid symptoms report to the manager immediately
- Carers with symptoms isolate until they test negative
