Ellen from Fairfax Tax Services Inc. and her assistants were ALL amazing! A few minutes before the visit to the office and after calling HR Block, and other comparable tax businesses to complete some taxes that I needed files immediately, on a short notice, with no hesitation, I contacted the office assistance and was told that I would be seen by a tax professional within an hour! I was so please of the personalized service and the attention to details that Ellen provided by even contacting the tax authority on the phone and assisting me with tax the most favorable tax option. Vugar was awesome he finished my taxes in less that an hr and i got my returns in no time... I did my 2017 Taxes with H&R block and they made a mess and i end up getting nothing as a tax return and charged me ton of money for it, but Vugar and Fairfax Tax Services helped me a lot and got my 2018 taxes done and now i got returns within two weeks. ... I came to Fairfax Tax Services with a tax collection debt mess from 2011. I met with management who took immediate action. They were patient and helpful in instructing me on how to obtain the documents I would need to get some much needed deductions. And emailed me with updates as soon as they received them. They did not increase their initial quote even when they saw how complex my situation was. Most importantly, due to their knowledge of the tax laws and deductions I could use, my huge tax debt was turned into a small tax credit. For three years I was too scared to file my taxes and within a couple of weeks my returns are up to date and I no longer fear the IRS. I can't explain the relief they have given me. More...
