We recently had a little birthday party there for a friend. I'd say 10-15 people. The owner was so inviting. More importantly considering the size of the place, he was incredibly accommodating! ! Food's great, atmosphere is cozy, even romantic. Only downside for me is their hours. Owner is great very accommodating and flexible.We were planning my friend's birthday and since the place is a little on the smallish size we were concerned about taking up to much of his space. Needless to say he accommodated us completely and had everything ready for our party of 10-12 people. I would definitely recommend it to others. The only thing that you should be aware of is their hours. I believe they are closed Mon & Tues, Wed-Fri they're open from 4pm-10pm andSat & Sun from 4-midnight.Oh and most importantly... Welcome Home.Honestly fantastic. The best crust I’ve had, it has this pleasant bready taste with the right amount of char. Come get this bread. Tried this place for the first time.  Excellent pizza - we tried the pepperoni and added mushrooms - yummy!  We also had the cheese which was yummy too! !  The dough was soft but well made and I like this kind of pizza on occasion.  Also had the garden salad which was enough for three!!  Would have liked to have tried their Italian dressing but it came with a raspberry dressing which is not one of my favorites, but still an excellent salad!!  I ordered at 6:35 pm on a Saturday and got our pizza around  7 pm - great service.    Thanks for a very tasty dinner!!!  Will definitely try again!! They catered for our wedding and the service and food  are phenomenal! The selection of pizzas are excellent and the staff were wonderful. Everyone loved them, they were a huge hit! Leading up to the wedding, we had so many questions. However, John was patient, meticulously reviewed our schedule, and even made it better. John is such a solid guy. This place is tucked away in El Sereno but it is a gem. Easily some of the best pizza on the East Side, and very affordable. They have a wood burning Napolitana style oven, super fresh ingredients and delicious daily specials. Right now I'm eating a fig, prosciutto, arugula pie with balsamic drizzle. We're pizza snobs from New York and Boston; this is the best pizza we've had so far in LA and I'm pretty sure it will stay that way. The pies are Neapolitan style cooked in a wood-fired oven. In theory, standard size + an app should be enough for 2 but next time I'm definitely getting one all to myself, too good to share.They also have VEGAN cashew cheese in addition to the daiya (which I dread)! New place and one of my favorite pizzas right now. I like ordering through yelp/grubhub. I've picked it up and had it delivered and both were good experiences. Thin style, wood fired pizza with good quality ingredients. They only do one size and it's kinda big for one person, but I always finish it because it is so good. If you are ordering for a group, you might not need one each(depending on hunger and if they are big eaters or not). Staff is friendly, they really believe in the pizza and company. 5 stars. More...

the pizza is nepolitan style, its stated on the menu, so yeah the crust and dough is gonna be a bit on the softer side, if you dont like that go hit up pizza hut down the street. anyway, this might be the best pizza in nela. i got the napoletana with vegan cheese (daiya) at no extra cost, which is sick! the pizza was incredibly good.  they use san marzano tomatoes for the sauce which is a bit on the tangy side and the dough is chewy with burnt spots around. the location is kind of hidden and its very easy to miss this place, but other than that the price is very reasonable and one pizza is good enough for two people. will def be hitting this spot on the reg! Pretty good pizza spot that you would never expect at the location its at. My friends and I came here after church one day and were able to split and share multiple pizzas. We ordered the Sunset Special, Fun Guy Pizza, and Wood Fire Roasted Cauliflower. I tried the Fun Guy Pizza which wasn't as truffle-y as we thought it would be. The crust was good and fluffy (thicker kind). My cauliflower was good though! A decent amount and very flavorful. I'm not a HUGE pizza fan so I was happy to see a vegetable side! My bf tried the Margarita Pizza and said it was the best out of the 3 he tried. Service is fast and friendly. The seating is outdoors under umbrellas, picnic table style. We've had about a dozen pizzas from here since they opened. The crust on these pizzas is fantastic: chewy with a bit of crunch from the wood fired oven. For this style of pizza, these might be the best pizzas I've ever had. If you get take out, you can always heat it up in a skillet. In fact, reheated like that the crust may be even better than when it's fresh. Italian food is often better reheated. It gives the flavors more time to marry. They also have vegan cheese. My bf and I were looking for a new pizza spot to try and every time we're looking through yelp for food which we do pretty often, this place always pops up. This place was highly rated. We thought why not give them a try. We called our order in and on Sunday, on Father's Day. We ordered a margherita pizza and a pepperoni pizza. I guess I can't say the pizzas are overpriced because it seems like this is the standard price for pizzas now. I was hoping it would of been a little bigger because we weren't full after finishing the whole pizza. I usually don't finish my pizza. Anyways, the pizzas were good and the ingredients are fresh. It was a bit greasy but I guess that comes with the territory given its a pizza and I think they add evoo to majority of their pizzas. We would definitely be back when we're looking for a snack. Had a gluten/dairy free "the fun guy" pizza, deviled eggs and the steak salad. All were good, especially the pizza and eggs. In the pizza world, gluten and dairy free pizzas are still a newer product and few are better than edible. This one was actually pretty good and one of the best I've had. Impressed by my first visit to Fahrenheit LA - excellent quality pizza, just the right sized menu, and some interesting appetizer/salad options. Pros:+ The Neapolitan-style thin crust grows thicker around the edges giving you something to hold onto as you eat the floppy middle. + The red hot wood-fired oven cooks the pizzas perfectly and the cheese is nicely browned all the way from the outer edge to the inside.+ Some classics like Margherita and several options of their own design like one with olive oil, garlic, feta and balsamic glaze (and also some other stuff I forget).+ Very friendly staff.+ Dog friendly patio with a dog water bowl.+ The wood fired pizza oven smells fantastic as you're sitting outside.+ Vegan cheese options which is great for the lactose intolerant.Cons:- I don't think they have a bathroom.- Drink selection is limited to a few bottled sodas, teas and water, but no diet options (except the water). Easily one of the finest pizzas I've ever had, which is no small order from this pizza aficionado. As soon as you enter the El Sereno shop you know that you are in no run of the mill pizza joint. The aromas filling the store and patio from the wood-fired brick oven are heavenly and the pizzas are even more out of this world! Only using locally sourced ingredients, you can taste the mouth watering goodness of the sauces, meats, vegetables and insanely great dough. As a recovering vegetarian/vegan I especially appreciate that you can also order vegan "cheese" and gluten free pizzas. John, the owner is incredibly friendly and passionate about his craft and that enthusiasm is also seen in his staff. I think you can tell a lot about a business from its employees and the staff here are some of the sweetest, funniest guys there are. Definitely talk to John and the crew while you're waiting for your pizza and you're in for a rollicking good time! While I haven't tried all of the pizzas (and none of the sides alas), my faves are:* The Fun Guy: A great combination of mozzarella, garlic, mushrooms and truffle glaze. In the true spirit of being a impartial reviewer, We had to sample more of this menu to sort of this mess of best pizza in the area.  Add that to one of the things we "debate furiously" about in our marriage.Order12" Pepperoni with mushroom Pizza12" Margherita Pizza 12" Napoletana PizzaIt wasn't even pizza night and the Fam wanted pizza.  Next question, "what do you want to order and from where?"  It was definitely a take out run, so I waited patiently.  "The place with the delicious sauce"....was her response.  "Huh?" I balked.  I knew where this was going. "Fine" I said so I ordered.Much better experience and here is why.  I am a crust guy and appreciate a good, hearty, thick crust.  This is a thin crust spot and the sauce is absolutely delicious.  In fact, I ordered extra sauce just to get a good look at it.  Best cheese pizza I have ever tasted.  Most of the cheeses on pizza are bland to me but this pizza has a huge difference.  The magic of virgin olive oil and oregano.  This must have magic dust as well.  The pizza makers are super cool and very welcoming to their establishment.  We will definitely be back and have pizza in their patio.  *my advice is to eat at the venue.  These pizzas are intended to eat right outta the oven.  Enjoy.Keep on Yelping More...

1st visit here. Had a pepperoni and pineapple pizza.  The size is good for two people to share. I personally like the dough to be a bit crispy but it is not possible or it will burn.  Also ordered the chicken BBQ, surprisingly it was better than I expected, not heavy on the BBQ, needed a bit more chicken, as not all slices had some.
