Last Saturday, I had the worst night ever, I came home to a flood in my apartment that must have been happening for about 6 hours. My carpet, baseboards, and floors were completely soaked. Early Sunday, I called Facility Plus with my crisis. David Levy and his team came quickly and delivered high quality service. Their service was provided with the utmost professionalism. I was also pleasantly astonished by the promptness of not only their arrival, but their completion of the repairs to rectify the flood damage. I have had various household mishaps in my home including minor flooding. Facility Plus is my go-to choice for any problems requiring expert attention. Facility Plus contractors are highly skillful, always courteous, professional and on time. They solve the problem every time, and I have used FP about 5x now. Today, I had a minor flooding issue involving my backup drain, sewage. Spencer, the plumber FP sent was fantastic and cleared the clog in under one hour and has recommended a solution to prevent future occurrences of tree roots getting into the drain pipe. Facility Plus reached out to our organization in mid-2016 by coming by with a lovely marketing package highlighting all their awesome services. I contacted Tana quickly afterwards to have a quote made for carpet cleaning at our office. She responded immediately and came out that week to quote the space for us. The immediate customer service was fantastic! Once we decided on a good time for the carpet shampoo, Facility Plus organized it for the exact date and time of our convenience. The workers arrived right on time with their equipment ready to work and they were very pleasant and professional. When I arrived back at the office the following day, the carpets were in tip-top condition, all fresh and back to their original consistent colour. The price was super reasonable for the amazing job they did!
