What an incredible experience of staying in this 4 star boutique hotel Best Western Westminster Nottingham. Our experience was the feel that you are in 5 star hotel with impeccable service, Michelin star cuisine, and the suite and rooms which is above the rest. This can put any 5 star hotel to shame.. The staff were all great, welcoming and willing to serve to their best and above the call of duty, this was from the Master Chef, to Duty Managers, Receptionist, Restaurant Managers and even cleaning and waiter staff. All very well done and for making our stay enjoyable and comforting.

Excellent staff, location and accommodations. Be wary of the access to rooms (a lot of stairs and levels to maneuver so maybe unsuitable for young children or adults with difficulties with steps). Our room was beautiful, perfect for a family of 4 and bathroom in particular was very well decorated and suitable. Breakfast was delicious and a great selection -great value! Reception is open 24h so no problems with late check-in, extremely friendly and polite staff, exceptionally clean rooms. Would recommend!

Really beautiful kept hotel. Staff very helpful, room clean, bathroom spotless. Booked a single room and as was coming back in the early hours of the morning ran ahead and booked a quiet room which was given to me without any hesitation. Bed was a small double not a single so more room to relax

We had a huge room that was perfect for our needs. Good breakfast and on site parking. Dog friendly. Nothing fancy but easy to get into the city and easy to get out of. Staff very nice.

Stayed a few times now and always had a good experience. Only thing I would say is if booking through a comparison website make sure you check out all of the rooms advertised - often just a couple of pounds can make a huge difference to the room you get.
