Summer was so great! She made the entire experience so enjoyable and I could not have asked for anything better. My makeup stayed flawless the entire afternoon/evening! Hiring Face to Face was one of the best decision I made for my wedding. I originally only hired her for makeup and had a childhood friend hired to do my hair. After a scary trial for my hair, I reached out to Violett and begged her to help me find someone to do my hair as well. Tanner and Carolina did all my bridesmaids (8 girls) and both Moms and my hair and makeup for the wedding. They were efficient, fun, and most importantly – our hair and makeup stayed intact all night! I could have slept on my hair and it would have looked the same the next morning. I became such good friends with everyone from Face to Face on my wedding day. They were the most accommodating, professional, personable, creative and supportive company I have ever worked with. I had not one, but two trial runs for my make up because after the first one, I was thinking of a different eye look. Violett completely understood and she ended up creating the post stunning make up look for me. I also worked with Marina on my hair who was amazing as well. Jessica did my bridal makeup up along with some of my bridesmaids. I'm super picky about my makeup and brows (shocker, I'm sure any bride is), and usually wear a lot of makeup, while looking for MUA in the Tahoe area I found a lot of them to do just very natural makeup. Jessica was able to create a look I loved and was more than willing to listen to what feedback I had. I loved my wedding makeup! Kristen did my bridal hair along with some of my bridesmaids, she is super flexible and great at envisioning what I had in mind. She created a beautiful curled half way pinned back hair style. I booked Face to Face Makeup Artitstry & Hair to come to the Bellevue Club in Bellevue, WA for our wedding day in April 2017. We had Tiffany, Suzann & Nicole - all of which did a fantastic job! They managed to do hair and makeup for over 15 women in a matter of hours. Corrin was amazing! She was so easy going and fun for me and my two bridesmaids. Kristen and Leesa showed up to our hotel room at 8 am to start working on myself (bride), 4 bridesmaids, 3 flowergirls, and both of the mothers. Yep, you counted right 10 people total! We had to be done and out the door by 12 pm.
We had the best time, they quickly got through my hair and makeup and all the others hair by 9-10 am! I had brought in a special hair pin and had a different hairstyle planned for each bridesmaid and the girls worked so well with that added addition.
My makeup and hair made it all the way through the night with no issues! Especially since I kept my veil in my hair the entire night. I cannot thank these women enough for making my day so beautiful! More...

I want to give a huge thank you to Tanner for making me, the bride and my mother looks beautiful. Not only is Tanner a talented makeup artist he is a lovely person to work with. My mom and I both had a trial session with Tanner and we chose to use air spray instead of traditional application. We were both very pleased with the hold up on both the trial and day of the wedding. Before the trial I contacted Tanner with a few ideas and picture that I was thinking about and he nailed it. I think another of the best qualities in Tanner is that he listens to exactly what you want and then works to achieve the exact look. Vanessa is absolutely amazing. You can tell that she has a lot of training and experience, and is willing to customize the makeup & hair to your style. Face to Face offers both traditional and airbrush makeup, so I decided to go with the airbrush. It felt so light, but looked flawless. Katie is absolutely wonderful!! She is so talented, and everybody could not stop commenting about how amazing my makeup looked through the evening into the night! My makeup stayed put through the ceremony and into the reception, despite it being in the 80's outside and having issues with the A/C both on our party bus and at the reception! I'm so glad I booked Kristen from Face to Face Makeup Artristry & Hair for my wedding-day look! I can't tell you how many compliments I received on my makeup, especially my eyes (so glad Kristen suggested I use her most kickass set of fake lashes). It all looked very "me" and effortless, but amped up a few notches of glam. Kristen was also just a lovely person to have around on the wedding day as we got ready, and I loved the little touch-up kit of blotting paper, lip gloss, and a mirror that she left me with (all of which came in handy!).
I found Face to Face online, and was interested as soon as I saw their portfolio; I was also glad to see that they had so much experience. Kristen was very responsive whenever I reached out to her, and made it really easy for me to communicate about what I liked and didn't like about my makeup, both during the trial and the day of.

I was not sure if having a professional do my makeup would be worth the price because I don't wear much makeup day to day. I also didn't want anything too crazy on the day of my wedding.
