I had a very relaxing Reiki session With Caroline today at WFHT , The room was very clean and tidy and I felt at ease as soon as I arrived . Caroline explained the therapy to me very well and was very knowledgeable and reassuring about the process and procedure . Where to start? My sister and I were lucky enough to win the spa retreat treatment package. We enjoyed two hours of utter pampering and relaxation with Caroline making us feel at ease throughout. The treatment included a foot bath, a hot-stone back massage (incredible!), a facial and scalp massage with reiki and medication to really help us drift off into a tranquil state.
