I absolutely LOVE training here. James and Matt are very passionate about their work. They monitor workouts closely and make sure that clients have the proper form, weights, etc. Since I've started I feel great. I look forward to coming here because I know that i am going to get a full body workout. Unlike when i went to a regular gym and just jogged on the treadmill.... More...
